Right so I got my 98 spec wheel of to fit a nardi one, but I was confronted by this(pic below) the boss wouldn't fit without removal of that unit with the plug , but I wasn't sure about removing. Any advice?
So I have pretty much stripped all of the engine to swap the bits over while the engine is on the stand. Also disconnected the loom and drained the fluids ready for when the engine comes out.
So this evening I started stripping down the old motor, removed the hybrid turbo kit. Going to crack on tomorrow. Also put my speed hunters window banner on
Yeah trust me I have dealt with too many Cold days outside with this car..cheers for the offer man il let you know..need to start stripping the old motor down too to swap all the bits over.
So I'm just waiting for some space to come up in my mates garage, should start the swap in the first week of December maybe sooner, can't be arsed to do it out in the cold
Right guys I have the alloy gearbox mount. But I can't get hold of the black bracket for love nor money. Is there anyway to convert the normal bracket to fit the LSD box? Thanks
So I picked up the head and block from the machine shop.got the head and block skimmed and had to get the bores knotched for the scat rods...dropping it off to the engine builder on Monday to get it assembled..
