    Honda engine in a Honda, Toyota Engine in a Toyota way it should stay imo. Tbh i think the main character of a starlet is its small capacity engine with a turbo, putting anything else in (5efte) aside just ruins what it is to me

    Gotta do this tonight and a bit worried. Its a immaculate 98 spec bumper and don't want to mess it up(more than a three inch hole in the side). I dont really like the look of metal plates around the hole but don't want the bumper to melt either. Any tips would be great.

    Yeh beat place for it. Got standard pegout mount coming soon so can mock itup. Was suprised at how it manouvered without power steering though, not that bad

    Anyone have tips on how to cut the bumper/ protect it from the gases. Dont really want a metal plate on it as it looks a bit ugly

    Loooow haha, doesnt scrape on my drive though which is a pain in the arse usally. Benefit of no exhaust out the back i guess! Bumper and splitter not on yet so may have to raise it

    Actually drove it off the drive and round the close today. Different Clutch and no power steering took some getting used to! After filling the gearbox up with the drain plug out, very messy drive. Fully lowered on miesters so may need highering a bit

    Definetly a 'air port' you have a vac line going into and not a 'h2o' port? I know some tials are watercooled

    Yeh man, yeh had it running theres a idle and a few revs video on my build thread. Not as loud as i thought tbf. Yeh its pretty close!

    AN fittings up to the job of carrying the power steering fluid to a electric 106 pump? Now considering installing it on a switch in the boot

    Didnt realise you had to cut the bonnet? Anyone have any pictures of the hole cut out?
