  1. Should be fine if you haven't been driving it and left running too long. I know lots of people do it and dont need a rebuild. Just change the oil and filter and should be okay
  2. Theres a guide on how to route the throttle body lines kicking around the internet. Nothing wrong with being blonde ;)

    Check the easy things first. Like akya said, disptick seal also the rocker cover

  5. You sure you haven't put the throttle body lines on the wrong way so car is burning water?
  6. What have people done with the expansion tank when relocating battery/ tidying up engin bay?
  7. Fairly easy to do. Bit of liquid metal and a tap and and a bolt in the inlet
  8. Strange one. I removed my icv and coolant lines in the throttle body and car runs so much better. When cold you have to hold the throttle to stop it stalling but when its warm it idles absolutely spot on. Would defo recommend doing it!
  9. I ran 0.8 bar on a td04 on a glanza standard ecu fine.(wideband installed) just unplug/ switch off tge fcd and safc until mapped

  12. Pretty sure it was fine before i put the calipers on. Will have a look though
  13. Rebuilt the rear brakes, new handbrake cables, pads, disks and pads. All copper greased up etc. One side spins freely the other is quite stiff and doesn't spin by itself. I don't have chance to drive the car before the MOT and hoping its an issue that will go when the pads wear in?

  15. Anyone got any tips to do this? I know you can wire it into the engine management light so it comes on and off, but rather not have to take clocks out

  17. Haha fair play, i have access to a welder, angle grinder, compressor and all sorts. Just don't have much initiative tbh
  18. How did you manage to bend threaded bar? Must have some strength behind it.
