    I havent owned a s14 but looked into them and the fuel put me off. I can get 30-35mpg average out of my Glanza, no chance in hell a s14 would even get close to thag

    Chances of both the ebc and mbc being broken seems unlikely. I'da thought its an issue with the wastegate or a hose to it. As i said in the other thread, a guy on driftworks pressure tested them And found tials leak boost pressure ALOT

    There was a guy on driftworks who leaked tested them. All leaked like a sieve supposedly apart from turbosmart ones. The tials and hks were just as bad as the ebay ones he found

    theres a guy selling a emanage with the harness already wired up for £250. Id go for that

    Pick up a knackered one and send that off to be rebuilt and carry on running yours for a couple of days, just avoid boost as much as possible

    I was just resting it over the engine not bolted down or anything. Granted it must have been one hell of a gust of wind/ someone moved it without me knowing

    Yup thats the plan when i get round to it. Need a new bonnet ideally as mine has a few dents and chips and one of the bumper tabs is bent from where it blew off:(

    Not sure on this and could be miles off. but if it works as a bleed valve could it be a super sketchy crude way of fuel cut? Stopping the map sensor from seeing the true boost

    They disconnect halfway along the car through a grommet into the body on mine but i just yanked them as wasnt using them anymore. They would be a bitch to reconnect from under the car ida thought.

    Spray wd40 or something on the sensor bolt and sensor. Then hit it from the oter side with a screwdriver or similar. Mine came out so easy
