i would say 8/9psi, that's probably what most starlet tuning shops will say for standard internals
if you have all the parts it is easy enough to do yourself if you are mechanically minded, just the mapping you'll have to pay someone for.
oil filter housing or sandwich plate for oil feed
4efte sump/modified 4efe (oil return)
turbo kit + exhaust to match
intercooler and piping
4efte inlet (for MAP sensor)
4efte injectors
255lph fuel pump
management & MAP sensor (emanage blue)
uprated clutch (unsure on maximum 4efe clutch can take, exedy organic reaplcement will be good for 190/200bhp)

Idiots don't listen to reason, what makes anyone think Israli's are any different. Nothing our PM says or does will stop them, we can't afford to send tons of troops there for a start.....
-
It's his brother IIRC, they both threw their toys out the pram when they accused AdamB of scamming them out of money, asking for a ban etc. So funny.

Awaiting PM with price on a few bits bud

If there's no signs visible from where your car is parked telling you to display a permit or whatever, don't even pay the ticket, if they take you to court you will just say "where does it say to display permits or rather, permit holders only?"
they aint got nothing on you

Mine are all still in my back garden haha
hahahahha amazing

Finally back home to do an update
I'm deciding against the 4efe turbo conversion, It'd just be more worth while me getting a 4efte and dropping that in, or saving for a glanza/gt (I would rather get a glanza/gt, but if a good engine comes up in the meantime I will probably get that and drop it in).
Got some shoes and wheel bearings waiting for me whilst I was away and launched them on tonight, much better looking now! Will be pressing the wheel bearings in tomorrow and get it all back together.
Had a few issues with my exhaust and manifold, which will hopefully be getting sorted. Cleaned it down and put it back on as need to use the starlet tomorrow & weekend....
If anyone is wanting to buy a exedy clutch or 255lph fuel pump, let me know
Cracked on with the shoes!

How can you tow with that massive splitter?
-
Is a Manifold/exhaust system that is LEAKING exhaust gas a failure?
any MOT testers (daniel g?) that could reply that would be great
-
Congrats mate, Recaro baby seat is the way forward
harness to match! hahaha
-
Haha
I agree, do things in pairs as morgey said, if one side is starting to go/showing signs of age/noise on bearings/knocking, do the opposite side too
-
ball joints/bearings/rod ends, bushes if they are perished/split (you will be able to notice this easily)
i'd change the usual, oil filter, oil, air filter, flush radiator and put new fluid in, replace gearbox oil also that may help with the reverse issue
cambelt and water pump could be done also (may aswell get water pump done with cambelt, if cambelt looks worn) *check when last cambelt was done, usually written on cambelt cover or in service book
*edit

i can't remember in all honesty mate, i would say £35 at a rough guess for a pair for the rear

blowtorch till it's red
hammer
blowtorch till it's red
quickly get a spanner on it and hit it (if it is fully rounded, smack the 13mm spanner on and replace the bolt after)
-
oh sweet
even better
look good if you get white spoiler now
-
You got that TRD one for a steal mate...Missed out on it by a day
gutted
-
same as always in scotland ....take cover off, get fuel for weekend, come back.... 5 mins later....chucks it down
-
Contact HEL, they will make you a pair up for the rear ( you don't need to send them old lines), I have them going from the chassis of the car to the axel. Explain to them in a email that you just need a double ended line with fittings for attaching onto hard lines, I'm sure they will understand... say it's for a ep91 drum brakes too.
I will get a photo if it's not chucking it down tomorrow
