ah i see well ive ordered a boost controller so ill see if that helps if not ill clean it up and put a new spring in it couldnt say how old it is didnt buy it new thanks for your help

took my car out for a drive early and it only boosts at 0.35bar is it because the spring is knackered or is there a spring that only allows you to run 0.35bar, do i need a boost controller? or have a plumbed vac lines in wrong? any suggestions would be great cheers

Got everything bolted up and put together today, had it ticking over on the drive sounds so much better than before will be test driving it tomorrow

gunna get it mapped on an unforged engine first see what sort of power that gets me then later on next year ill build a forged lump to go in

Rocker cover will be going baby blue soon with red ignition leads and I'll hopefully be driving it tomorrow if all goes well so I'll let you know how it drives

snapped a stud trying to tighten the manifold up took a good hour to get that out lol just need now to make up an intercooler pipe, cut the screamer pipe down, oil and water lines then away we go

got the turbo kit all bolted together just waiting for my screamer pipe to arrive, should be here tomorrow hopefully have it all fitted tomorrow

so i went and picked up my turbo kit tonight its a k26 turbo with external wastegate manifold and tial wastgate (0.7 spring) hopfully its not to laggy also go some other goodies # clear indicators # hks ssqv # carbon fibre stereo blank

I had boost creep with a normal decat replaced the decat with a screamer pipe and was fine

Worked well for me must of just been lucky or something

Yeah it stopped creep had it with a standard ct9 and a hybrid and was spot on with both setups no waste gate porting

Manifold sold zisco downpipe/screamer and hybrid relocation kit left

downpipes with a screamer pipe plumbed into it gets rid of boost creep also sounds insane on boost
