Hi folks, I've recently fitted an internally gated stainless Zisco CT9 manifold to my Glanza. The manifold fitted the block fine and attached to the turbo ok (although the studs were a different thread to the oem items where it connects to the turbo side), but I'm having issues when fitting the standard cat (for MOT) and decat which are both braced, where the two holes wont line up with the oem brace bracket on the block. Has anyone had this issue with aftermarket and specifically Zisco manifolds causing downpipe braces to be out of alignment? I have loosened the bracket from the bl

Well here we go! I have finally got my new car! Its a Toyota Starlet GT Turbo 1995 quadlight in white! I had a couple of mates come with me to look at it in high wycombe and tbh it was a dog. Mechanically sound but cosmeticly needs a good going over. Priced at £2250 and got him down to £1750 but still wasnt happy so we left. The next day i had a call from the seller saying he would let it go for my original price which was £1500 sorted! My mate and the missus drove me down to it last saturday to go and collect it so here are the pics when i got it Pics of

Well thought i better start a build thread since some big plans have come along for my glanza v. I bought her just over a year ago and well a bit of work was needed, however it was a clean shell, here she is. Went a wee blast with a mate and grabbed a few photos So the car was in need of a new turbo so i treated her to a speedvision phase 2 ct9 hybrid, with a clean up along the way, and i stupidly bought a shity toyosports manifold along with cheap gaskets and well i learnt the hard way after cracking the mani in a week, So I invested in a zisco ramhorn manifold

I've got a Tuning Developments TD04 Ex Wastegate manifold which is made of cheese, and continues to crack despite several re-welds and braces added. I've had enough of it, and want to swap it out for something better made. Is it likely I can just get one from WEPR or Zisco etc, and swap it like for like, or will I need to get a whole new downpipe too? Cheers for any help Al

Following on from the thread i posted earlier this week.... Here are the majority of the parts that ive had in storage, now for sale and ready to go to a new home.
