    Got a set of red sparcos with harnesses on ep91 rails, two holes but nothing major do the job and look decent £150

  3. Found a black and yellow wire from the smallest plug on the ecu that looks like it's had some heat passed through it, got the pin out diagram but my brain frazzled and can't work out which one it is

Yeah I've got fuel I've got it all BUT an eml on ignition turn and no spark it's driving me mental lads, earths are sound and the igniter has been checked, I've scoured Google and threads for days and days and checked pretty much everything to the point where I'm getting excited again if I find a thread I haven't covered lol 🙈 its boggling me so much

Fitted new engine in, everything worked before only problem was someone put battery on wrong way Changed fuses, changed ecu etc everything's sorted everything's fine, the only problem now is that I have no engine light on ignition and no spark Tested a friends coil where king lead plugs in, done spark test etc no joy but it's not gonna start without eml on Checked the pin out diagram for ecu and checked the wires also they seem to look okay also no fried/melted Still got no joy and it's got to the point I'm thinking of breaking it, I've rang auto sparkys round here and they're all booked u
  6. Battery on wrong way did some damage, changed ecu stopped blowing fuses, now problem is it won't start, gonna check for spark but if not can any recommend a new ignition module
  7. Loads of n/a's but not modded just like micras run abouts really, mines off road Cus of that stupid EFI fuse and the black GT is on its last legs till the forge lump goes in, should of said would of come out!

  9. If it's not the ecu I'm stumped, I've checked wires other than having dashboard out, it's so fucking frustrating 😫😫
  10. It's got to the point I'm debating stripping for parts, not gonna lie battery terminals were on wrong way for a day of trying everything to start it and with it smelling does it seem logic? Cus I'm just chucking money at parts I think could be the problem and it's never ending, earths are earthed everything's intact
  11. Water temp? If so I'm sure you sandwich it in between rad hose and then wire up your gauge as it says

As you know I've had problems with the EFI fuse due to some numpty putting battery on wrong terminals 😁 anyway what happens is: 3clicks of key to ignition efi fuse blows instantly SO I took the ecu out and opened it up, don't ask why but I smelt it and to put it bluntly it fucking stinks. I put another fuse in the efi, ecu unplugged, turned key 3clicks... Never blew I plugged ecu back in, turned key 3clicks, fuse popped instantly So am I right in thinking, battery wrong way and pissing around with fuses has pretty much frazzled my ecu? Cus I know the efi is linked with fuel ecu ign

    Bone stock standard ecu glanza, 3pin please! Some dummy put battery on wrong way and think it's blown
  14. I've got the same problem except I've got lights on dash and fuel but no spark and it's constantly blowing the efi fuse in engine bay fuse box 😩 driving me crackers

    Efi fuse keeps blowing in engine bay only meaning no spark, checked plugs dizzy king lead etc all earths are spot on getting fuel, is it my igniter :s!? Cus that was also fully working before I chhanged engines
  16. Compression test, minimum should be 150 across all 4
  17. If it overheated quite bad, could of done the head gasket in, does it have oem or low temp thermostat?

Blowing alt fuse efi,ign in cab all at same time, disconnected alt not done it since, checked all earths all connected that's fine, it's turning over but not firing cus of the fuses, I've disconnected fuel pump connector and it's still blowing ign and efi at same time, king lead on/off various combinations it's still doing it, driving me absolute nuts, everyone's saying its shorting somewhere... Yes I know it is obviously but I don't get where I know the efi controls several things 😩 up to my wits end seriously debating breaking it now
  19. Noob question, I shorted the battery by accident, the 100amp alt fuse blew, when I tried ignition the efi and dome fuse blew Aswell, am i right in thinking, that's my problem to no electrics? With the alt fuse gone the electric fuel ignition and interior light fuses are blowing meaning no car electrics no fuel pump etc??
  20. Yeah checked them it's purely in car electrics and not firing, turning over building pressure etc
  21. Got engine in today, turning over without king lead, connected king lead turning it over again, noticed I've got no in car electrics and it's not firing

Not trustworthy at all and that black td04 with emanage blue is bollocks, I asked him what management it's running cus on his Facebook ad it said "safely running 0.9bar td04" he replied what do you mean? I said what is the fueling etc controlled by And he said fuel cut defender, there was no mention of a burwash engine in there at all, fair few parts are reps or knock offs and he just bangs a big price tag on
