Does he offer turbo rebuilding himself? Yeah its at AmD, just a group of us going down on the 2nd, nothing special but i will defo ask. Got two runs anyway, just gotter get my boost pipe sorted so i can get a clean run... Yeah im not a massive fan of Duty... Does Liam D preferred to be Pm'd?

Yeah, what about the ones on ebay? They all seem okay but it does state you have to pay duty etc which is quite alot. Any other places or makes that people can think of? And definatley going to get my map tweaked i think, got a dyno run on the 2nd so see whats happening n then book it in hopefully.

Rob, Didnt split the turbo, you think its worth a look? Yeah i have been looking at TD05-18G the past week, but other than the Andy Forrest built turbos im not sure what else i'd bother with. Injectors i think are a must ... and defo a new tweak on the map ... Anyone know how much Tuning-Devlopments charge for a tweak ? Cheers

I wouldnt say im on a budget as such, just dont want to pay threw the eye for them I dont mind new ones etc ... just literally dont know much about them. Cheers Rich

Boosts to 1.6 Rob And i spoke to Sach last night about it. Manifold was cracked, so i get a NEW race-tech one and full serviced her whilst we had everything off. The turbo looks to be fine, theres no play in it (checked when everything was apart) Also have a spare TD05 that Sach gave me !! I really think the Injector thing has got to be sorted... Need something bigger, anybody got any links i can follow to best pricing etc? Cheers Rob

Its 110% a TD05. I even have a spare exactly the same ... And that was my thoughts, wideband is all set up etc ... seems fine. Im just not sure whats stopping it going higher, map is quite old tbf ... Maybe Injectors and new map, who do you recommend to as a top mapper?

I think the exhaust is 2.5 and the intercooler pipes are 2 ? That may be a problem ? 550 + has gotter realy happen hasnt it ? take long to swap over ? Any tips ? Intercooler core will be fine, its a good 5 inches deep i think !!

Yeah definatley backing up my own opinion. This is good to hear from somebody different as i have had mixed views ... What injectors other than SARD are direct fit and good value ? Thankyou by the way Socks, quick response ... Anyone else feel free to comment

Im good mates with Sachin the guy i brought the car off. He seems to remember his injectors being on full cycle or very near too ... What good 3 inch system would you sugguest/good but cost effective? Its getting to 350 thats the issue, i know 350 + is headwork etc time and thats fine ... but its bridging the 60 ish hp i need!! Its Boosting at 1.6 bar if that makes a different. But injectors i think your correct ...

Yeah, i have thought about it ... Ideally i want to go down the more affordable route atm. Since i have owned the car a month or so ive had to replace... Brakes, Manifold, screamer, New seats, Full service etc, Rocker Cover etc .... adds up quick. Dont mind spending money aslong as its justifyable ...

I havent had it for more than a couple of months, my friend built most of it and im just carry on as the new owner. It was forged at either TD/Race-Tech cannot remember, Race-tech Mani, TD05-16, No Head work (Looking into cams etc but finding them hard to find) External wastegaste (Tial) Screamer etc ... Not sure on exhaust system, think its a blitz... Hks intake. Its 285.6bhp (Mapped at Tuning Devlopements) Its on E-Manage Ultimate ... Not sure on injector size, and standard inlet etc. Im looking for the cheapest and best way to get more power out of it...
