Where did you get yours mapped? Im currently only running 285.6 and i have a forged 4e with TD05... Any tips on how to get that extra power?

Yeah its really weird because i have heard nothing but good things ... Ricky was really helpful in getting my a new one out etc so cannot fault them. I think its car issues and i am considering getting a new map ! R-T are quite far from me though ...

I wish i had a picture to show you the state of the old one ... it wasnt repairable put it that way. I just dont want the same thing happening again, its the same manifold just new ?

Yeah im pretty sure that's what cracked my original manifold... I had the same one but an older version and it proper cracked it ... i doubt it was the temperature or dodgey map, as the starlet has a Tuning Developments map and seems to run fine ( Going to get it dyno'd just to be sure ) Its only putting down 285bhp so it cant be to powerful for it. Im literally just in need of a few ideas or photos of people that have made some support for the set-up. =]

Hi Guys, After having a look over my set-up and awaiting new manfiold/screamer etc from Race-Tech, I faced a problem... There is nothing to support the turbo and take the stress away from the Manifold. Im currently running a TD05 set up and was wondering if anybody out there has made brackets/supports up for this? Cheers People

I dont think mine will be sorted by then, depends how long i have to wait for my new manifold to be delivered. Then gotter fit it all, new bolt's gaskets, oil change, service etc ... Saw your car up Mk on sunday Dan, New wheels?

I've had a play with a 290 bhp MK1 RS & 300bhp Astra GSI ... Lets just say i got there first Good play though

I want to get it over 350, head work i think. Spoke to Tuning Devlopments about Cams, Valve Springs, Inlet, Injectors and Map ... Quoted me, its either do that first, or get it re-painted im unsure ... That thing was pretty fast if i recall !

Yeah that was i and yeah is Sach's old car. He's a good lad... Im sure he misses it but he still gets to see it and that. I saw the slammed starlet, black glanza V (Trd plate) and Silver one with black wing? Anybodies?
