  1. Sorry to bring up an old thread that's a cool idea! I've just fitted a new wheel in Jess's car and was wondering what people did for a horn connection I wondered wether people used a slip ring from a non SRS EP91. I like this idea though
  2. Absolutely love what you've done with this dude! Love the fact you've kept the NA front end and gone a different engine route. That 20V is gonna sound amazing getting hammered!
  3. Howcome your getting rid of the glanza bumper dude? We're after a 205 black one! Ooo I recently sold a set of BR's in 14" to a friend who's running them on his micra now This was them on my EF It's now on a set of Momos (and lower lol)
  4. Very nice! I werent sure on Glanza rear bumpers on NA's but wether its the height of the car it looks great on this! May look into one for Jess' s SR!
  5. Thanks guys it's getting there! On about the wheels I have finally (today funnily enough) identified them! A friend of mine gave me a link to a catalog of oldskool jap wheels, I had a search but to no avail. So I though f*ck it and messages Enkei directly on Facebook. To my surprise they messaged me back after a couple hours! Apparently they're (according to Enkei themselves) an obscure wheel found in their 1991 catalog called M38S's. I was really chuffed the reply and have asked see if they have any scans of the catalog to send me so hopefully they can come up with something In other news
  6. Thanks dude! The mops worked wonders on the paint! Jess took it to Cars In The Park with our Slambox team today we gave it another wash over last night and a good wax to seal in the clean paintwork. The paint pops like mad in the sun it really did look cool today! Had a bit of rain and grabbed a couple pics of it with the rain beading off the paint Next up is sorting the boot reverse lights, few jobs for MOT and a new steering wheel me thinks!
  7. A friend of ours bought a mop setup today and so we thought we'd give it a go on the Starlet! In a nutshell, I NEED to get me a mop! Jess getting stuck in with the mop et voila! We didn't get chance to wax it tonight but even with just a quick polish the clarity and depth of the paint is excellent! A good wax will make stand out more so! Theres a couple scrathes we were hoping would buff out which have dulled down but not gone completely, i'm guessing a touch ups going to be needed, regardless it looks bang on now Very pleased!
  8. Nice SR dude, Jess was contemplating a glanza front end on her black SR but she decided to stay standard in the end rear bumper looks good, be awesome witha glanza boot fitted aswell!
  9. Hey there guys long time no update! Not long after the last update we fitted the wheels and unfortunately Jess had her first bump A smashed headlight dented bonnet, bent wing and cracked bumper. Luckily all superficial stuff and a week later the front end was back in one peice albeit with badly painted wing and bumper just to get her by! While we were away this week the Starlet went in for paint and yesterday we picked him up with freshly sprayed wing and bumper and also had a Laguna lip I had spare fitted. It finishes the front end off nicely! Just need to get a new headlight motor for the h

  12. I stopped due to seeing you had posted elsewhere that you weren't bothering with your starlet anymore and was going to change your car so I thought I'd leave it. Apologies if SR springs arnt TRD. I thought they were TRD springs made for the SR. Either way they're genuine quality springs. So good luck with searching for SR springs bud.

  23. I LOVE my MX5 it's a summer car so currently she's garaged up until about April me thinks! I've always loved them, I talked my ex into getting one a few years back and thats where they really ignited my love for them! Easy to work on god like handling proper fun little revvy engine out the box and extremely tuneable in any way you can imagine and best of all pop up lights! Haha. Mine has just a couple bolt on mods, full stainless and 4-2-1 SS manifold and an Apexi Super intake filter obviously it's not going to be a supercar killer but you really don't need silly amounts of power to have good
