  1. That's just a standard socket mate without the insert. Not saying it doesn't fit. Just saying it's NOT a spark plug socket. Spark plug sockets are special purpose sockets used only for spark plugs.
  2. I know that's what's always confused me about them. I think it is the o ring diameter too. The nut part probably is 16mm. I've never used a standard socket for plugs though lol.
  3. There's a picture for you mate. See the size differences for the same size mm plug. The big 10mm (with a spark plug in it) is a proper spark plug socket not a normal socket.
  4. It certainly is. A 10mm plug socket is much bigger than a 10mm standard socket.
  5. 100% it's a 10mm plug socket. Just checked with a spare plug
  6. You'll get it on the road about July then take it back off in October for winter hahaha

  8. Hahaha Gainzy I like this thread. That copper was a complete prick there was no chance of getting off that fine with his attitude. Yeah the boy racer thing pisses me off quite a bit (I'm 28) and that old guys comment annoyed me but at least the 'boy racer' car saw off that Merc on the way home hahahaha.
  9. Thanks for all the info so far guys. Been pretty busy lately so not had a proper chance to sit down and look into properly. I had heard its more a case of who you know. That seems to be the same for most jobs these days or everyone wants experience so how do you get experience in the first place lol. I live not too far outside of Newcastle. I'm looking into a few different career possibilities at the minute. I like active/physical jobs and this obviously fits the bill in them areas the pay and time off are good bonuses for the long hours and time away from home. Any more information or vie
  10. Does anyone on here work on the rigs or know anyone that does? This is a career I've been thinking about for a little while now but just recently started to look into it. Looking for any information or to be pointed in the right direction of where to start. Anyone know rough costs and what training is involved. Any useful links or sites that are reccomended would be much appreciated. Thanks Nick
  11. This must be an ultra rare part
  12. Are these actually worth buying? Could be tempted if they are.
  13. Pretty sure they can refuse to let you fly with only a short amount of life left on your passport. What happens if your in an accident or something while your there and your hospitalised for a month or two. You effectively don't have a passport to get home then.
  14. Pretty sure no one wants to watch videos of your driveway
