  1. No, this will be left to last... all mechanical and electrical will be done first. This is so i wont have dumb ass auto electricians and dyno tuners busting up my new paint. but it should not be too far away. next 1 to 2 months...

Well i was woken this afternoon with a rapping on my front door, and when i opened it, to my supprise the DHL man was standing there holding out a package for me. when i got inside i turned it upside down, and there it was writen ....Manley.... i knew what it wasa straight away. My New GenII, intake & Exhaust Valves for Alcohol Engines... after months and months of waiting and many e-mails they where in my hands at last. ok.. here are the bad boys! Cheers Cain D .

  9. anyone can do it, all i did was build a sand blasting cabinet to prepare the parts before paint, than i bought a powder coating gun and some colours and off i went... and to bake the paint i just use my household oven . Cheers Cain D .

  11. thanks for the comments guys... ok here is some of the parts i have collected for my build and a bit mor progress. Now for my conrods and pistons... Now just some other bits and peices full rear caliper rebuild and finished off in candy red powdercoat. fully rebuilt and powdercoated front hubs. custom lateral rod ok thats it for today will update tomorrow night Cheers Cain D .
  12. Hey there guys abd girls, i have been a member for a while but have not posted much. So today as i sit at work , i thought i would finaly post my current project. Still got alot to go but this is it at the moment. When i first got Juno. "Juno is what i called her". than i started to strip her all out, and start the preping for her new paint. all the guards where stripped, and ready for some paint. than she got her first coat of her new colour than the final coat and some clear. than all the wheel arches where done. than i made a false floor for my boot than it was time to start mounting intrecooler and new rad. than it was time to paint engine bay... fitting front suspention. now its time to start to pipe up fuel system. Got a little more but will update tomorrow night. Hope you all like what i have done. comments welcome. Cheers Cain D .

Mate i know how you feel. i have done this to my front and rear guards, and engine bay. and boy does it take a shit load of your time... but i used one of these on the end of my angle grinder to make the job alot quicker. right down to bare matal. but your reward is the finished product. here is a couple of pict of mine to inspire you. good luck in this build.
