Where could I reposition it to? I don't have much movement it's been joined to the centre pipe with some gun gum a bandage and a clamp haha it worked so I'm not complaining

Just bought a full system off a gt turbo don't know what year I was going to fit it to my 98 n/a is this a good Idea? Second question. The exhaust I bought doesn't have a cat is this a problem for me I know it won't pass an mot but could find someone to do a dodgy mot for me haha
