  2. I have also been chasing a cusco lsd for ages ideally in a box, waiting for one to pop up somewere near to myself and sure enough one came up for sale! Couple of hours drive to manchester and i had a gearbox with a cusco 1.5 way inside! Whether its any good or not a dont know until i try it. Lick of paint and she looks like this 😎
  3. Welll.... Me being me.. And love getting my hands dirty, back in my unit she went and it was time to do the stem seals.. And thought to myself i may aswell do the headgasket while i'm there! So not long later.. Head off Checked for bore damage and they seemed pretty good 👍 and before i took the head off i done a compression test and came back Cyl1 157 Cyl2 152 Cyl3 157 Cyl4 151 So there was little jumps but nothing major Head stripped down ready to go and get skimmed
  4. Right ill do a bit more now i have a hour... Cut to the chase a little. TD04 kit all fitted and afr checked at 1bar on the jam racing ecu with a healthy 233 bhp!!! Loving the car to bits making use of the nice weather amd actually driving it again! This is jordan walkers car next to mine when he was in the process of running it in! Cheeky trackday Was over the moon with the way the car handled, i was not expecting it at all! The combination of tyres coilovers, polybushes and cage makes it handle a dream, leaving the setup how it is now woop! But there was one little problem i noticed!! Val

  6. Stock injectors are maxed out around 1.1/1.2 bar depending on condition and that was on a td04 setup. Thats all i could take mine to when it was on the rollers getting setup ... Thats was with a standard fpr aswell ! I wouldnt imagine they would have lasted long been maxed out like lol

  10. Whislt i was waiting for my turbo kit i had plenty to crack on with.. First of all my disks came woop 👍 I took these to get machined, from 280mm to 277mm as they were a snug fit!   12. when i got the car back i decieded to give the wheels a little colour and sprayed them purple While i was let loose with the paint i decided to give a few other bits a lick over With the car having all the correct supporting mods for a good ct9 setup it was time to get a ecu... There was only one in my eyes having witnessed how good they are, but this is my opinion and plenty of people will have different views... Here she is, a JAM Racing ECU 👍😍 After fitting the ecu the car transformed itself and made a healthy 196bhp at 1 bar 😃
  13. Back in my unit, i couldnt help but tinker about with it while it was off the road for a bit as i was waiting for my no claims before a multicar policy was taken out! First job change the intercooler as it had seen better days New intercooler and i know it isnt greddy but couldnt resist a stencel and a bit of paint Also purchesed a set of rota grids of my good friend jordan, that has helped me all the way through this build 👍 Such a good friend i lent him the car for a few month while his glanza was a working progress and his daily (evo) decieded to knock its tits off I also grabb

  20. The glanza has a 50/50 chance of making it due to waiting for a engine if im lucky i will get it back in time etc.. Worse case scenario would i be able to bring my integra and just park it in a bush somewere out the way 😂 Please dont hate lol just if worse comes to worse... Cheers
