Rough guess on price?
-
Where's the drain hole you speak off fiddlersport?
I was just gonna try get a new bung thing that the light sits it.
Tailgate rubber boot wire? You reckon that would be on of my leaks?
Any suggestions on what sealant I need? Wanna make it look at neat as I can ideally
-
Got the part number for me then fella?
How much it set you back?/
-
Had plastic on the driver side but not passenger side.
Driver side was wet though just not as bad as passenger one

Hey everyone.
Now I am keeping myself busy restoring the starlet and the more I strip the more problems i find.
Took both door cards off today to see if I can get the motors off to sort them. Couldnt Get them out just yet but will keep trying.
Both the door cards were wet on the bottom and my passenger door has a little water in the bottom of it.
Could some point me in places to look?
Also got a leak from boot it seems to come from the top near the spoiler run down the chassis behind the lights and to the bung under the light that's broken.
I have bodged that to stop leaking but need perm solutions for my leaks please.
Cheers

Looks good dude!! How do you rate that AFR gauge?
-
+2Big unfair goin by highest bidder man
If it's up for 30 and someone says they will take it then it should be sold to him instead of someone sayin 50 yano
I got 30 quid for it
-
Hmmm will have a look at my passenger one tommorow. My driver one judders but passenger one makes no noise.
Good idea!
The rest of the ac needs to come out as well.

So jealous I should be wiring in my gauges
Not like its any use with the engine all stripped down.

After a early 4efe or 5efe
If its a 4efe it must be the flat inlet style the early ones came in pre 95 I think.
The 5efe must be pre 96
After a n/a to run low boost.
Max budget it 200.
If you think this not enough then tell me this is my Xmas present to myself. Needs must can't afford the 450-550 price tag of a 4efte ATM heard plenty of people boosted early blocks.
Closer to Chester would be nice but will travel for the right price.

This is a great idea.
A lot of people do this with collectable cars so yeah I am game.
Would be nice to see if anyone on here knows my GT I know 1 of its owners but its had a fair few in its life
-
Where abouts are you?
Interested in the dash and panrod.
-
Yeah seen a lot of people do that I only want stuff to light up when needed can clearly see them in the day light anyway.
Just waiting on the holder now to install them
-
Well I will power it off the ciggy earth on the chassis and illumation from the fog switch.
Just need to get some connectors and start the wiring mess
-
your best to keep original parts if you modify it.
that way you can have it the way you want but also if it comes to selling include all the original parts.
-
nice one! fog light a good idea!
Water getting in my door? Leaky starlet :(

Yeah windows always misted. Can't believe how much water comes out that vid gonna try find my drain holes tommorow they easy to spot?
I know where the water travels from boot it goes between the gap between chassis and spoiler and runs down the left side towards the light then goes under the light but then into the car because the plastic bung don't work :/
