Bit of an update:
Got my oil return pipe cut and fitted. Bends down and then back up at the bottom, like a small semi-circle, would this matter? (Will get a proper picture later)
Wastegate and screamer pipe fitted:
Intercooler fitted, starting to look like a car more and more finally!:
But most importantly, my £6 rad cap arrived:
-
never look for starlet parts there a;ways inflated prices
Cheers colin, I'll just grab one of these!
-
TD do brand new ones for cheap.
Yeah I've seen, but I'm a cheap c*nt so I'll see if I can find a second hand one first
-
Accidentally sold mine thinking I had a spare :|
Need the sensor and wire to the plug.
Drop a reply or PM me.

The mk1/2 bootlid is quite sought after to fit the glow panel, took me months to find one local :|
-
I managed to find someone up north a little who supplies fits and maps something else
Ah no worries, good luck, she's gonna be beast!

Redline got cancelled and so did the dastek so here is little sneak peak of what's coming
Setting it up all yourself the COP?

Update:
Shortened the brake servo(?) pipe down, really tidy's up that area
Removed the carbon canister, relocated the coil pack to where the canister was and bolted the fuel pressure regulator where the coil pack use to be.
As you can see in the picture above as well, I have removed all the air con bits what use to plug into the manifold, looks much tidier!
Tidying all the wiring up around by the fuse box. Cut and removed the air con fuse box and you can also see the radiator is mounted in the bottom left:
Made up bottom brackets for the radiator, holds really well, well chuffed with it:
Installed drive shafts too, chopped some more wiring back and few other bits. Making decent progress now, can't wait to start her to see what she sounds like!

People listing them for £250 now, hope your pockets are deep lol
-
I managed to bend mine too somehow lol, just make sure you get a EP82 one as EP91 is different length I'm certain.

If the forge spec is good and the milage on the engine is low then 2K isnt a bad deal in my eyes
Race-Tec charge £1895 for there bottom range forge package not inc any little bits that may need changing/ replacing along the way
James
Yeah but he said buy a new engine and then forge it 2k haha
-
Bit pricey for me pal 2k when I can buy new engine for that n forge it
I like to see you try lol
-
I've just taken mine off mate, from an EP82 but i'm guessing there the same?
-
I have an Tuning Developments brand new bottom half size rad bracket here if wanted
You got a pic of them by any chance? Was gonna make up my own brackets
-
Its rated too 100*C so should be fine.
The last one i had that Zisco supplied cracked and split and caused a fire so i'll be checking this all the time.
Wish i knew that i've had very little luck getting a feed made.
Sweet, will order that pipe later.
Just spoke to WEPR, they can supply me a complete kit, but it is pretty pricey lol.

Hel website allows you to build you own oil feed - result £30
The oil return you just buy the two bolt push on fitting on eBay
And two water lines push on banjos again to suit a gt28 off eBay
Phil
Oh that HEL custom site is amazing, will build my own when I'm home so I know what length.
For oil return on the turbo, I already have the adaptor plate thingy on it, so I just need pipe to go on the turbo and then onto the sump, I believe anyway...lol
God they are expensive, £15 each if you order from a UK supplier ?!

Im having similar issues atm dude.
I just bought some hydraulic hose from ebay for the oil return. Its 1m and 3/4" ID, just cut to size. Its got 2 layers of braiding inside so takes some cutting lol!
Seems very cheap but its very good quality.
For the oil feed my original one was from Zisco. Im having to get one custom made so trying a few different places, local hose places etc.
Also WEPR can defo sort you out
Ooo that hose looks perfect saying that, reckon it can take the hot oil for prolonged periods then?
Didn't think about WEPR, will drop sacha a PM.
Cheers!

Right i'm quite over my head now with all this shit, tried reading up as much as I can but need some actual help now.
I'm gonna be a running a GT2860RS on a topmount setup, I have no water/oil lines with it.
I believe the thread size is AN4 for oil and water lines, is this correct?
I have also read about the GT28 requiring a oil restrictor?
What can I use for oil return?
I just need to know what to order, I'm so deep and lost at the mo
Any help much much appreciated.

Haven't updated this in a while, been waiting for parts/not had time to work on it etc usual excuses.
Got the engine and gearbox in a few weeks ago:
Had to make our own gearbox bolt lawl:
Wepr top mount looks the nuts:
Turbo and downpipe fitted:
Wired up injectors, inlet and bits and pieces like that..
That's it for updates for now.
Need to sort water/oil lines for turbo, if anyone knows best places for bits like that, let me know.
Next on list is rest of the wiring and then radiator in,

Didn't get much done this weekend, baby sitting and storm weather prevented that, but when I could I got the following done:
No pictures yet, but it's still coming along nicely for me
