Lambda back down found leak now the Co is back up through the roof lol

Replaced cracked manifold and gaskets at the block ,the turbo and turbo to cat got tested at local garage and have it down to .33 but lambda is now reading slightly high.. would a leak after the cat cause this

Done abit of a search on the Google I'd say I need to get my tps set up as I just threw on the throttle cable an tightened it up

Running rich I'd imagine as I currently am not using an air filter... how can you check tps an map sensors? Changed spark plugs an there was quite a bit of sut on them

double the limit doubt diptane would bring it down enough? Fairly confident I had the cat good an hot but will look into it before retest

Hi car went for test last week failed on high idle on emissions test can't be over 0.30 mine was 0.64 Lambda and low idle envisions are perfect Spark plugs need changing as I forgot about them Anyone know the readings o should get testing map and tps sensors with multimeter? I have charcoal canister removed but don't think should make a difference

Ah happy enough should be simple enough done to get it tested

so update at last ha wepr manifold has arrived an its utter porn :cheers: :cheers: bought a new tial wastegate off tuning developments in blue of course got a 1 way valve for breather off fuel tank replaced my top mounts due to a rock in them handbrake cables replaced and a few other bits that have seen a good few late nights the last week to have it ready for test tonight sadly it failed emissions on high idle 0.63 shouldnt be over 0.30 perfect on low idle , lambda and ppm thinking exhaust leek but cant see really where as exhaust is mint an well sealed but only thinking when i got home is the spark plugs have never been changed so that might be the problem?? also need to get an engineers report for the front and rear arb and brackets holding on front calipers other then that she was spot on even on the airbag situation :cheers: slightly raging that i wont get to fit manifold set up just yet got a bit carried away with pictures ha

if you have a boost controller you can use the 1 bar spring and adjust it via the controller to 1.4... 99% sure im right in saying that

Probably id workz or tuning developments have looked around an not seen much of a price difference main thing to get is the correct springs for what boost you want to run

Ha thanks man.. loud but that was just a quick test off the battery so I was fairly stuck to then will get them wired up the weekend an see what there like
