  7. How much for thermostat and cap?
  8. I'm in need of the following bits for a EP91 automatic 1996 Spark plugs Radiator cap Fuel filter Thermostat Sump plug inc washer Gaskets - the 2 on either side of the manifold and one from the decat pipe to exhaust. I'm replacing the manifold, turbo and decat so all the gaskets for doing the job incase I've missed any. Any other parts I haven't thought of to do a full service. I have already got the oil filter and air filter.
  9. Have you had any joy in fitting your arm rest? I've also got exactly what's in your picture but the holes don't match up and I can't use the bracket on my Glanza.
  10. I'm interested in the manifold and gasket kit if splitting. Probably take the braided oil lines too.
  11. I've spoke with several people and they have all said as its a standard 96 car that's been untouched it would be better to take it to a garage as the bolts will probably get rounded or break off giving a whole set of new problems.
  12. Turbo has definitely gone but I've not had any of the normal tell tale signs but I'm gonna take off the air intake pipe and take a look to see if I can find anything wrong as up till now haven't found anything to confirm it is the turbo that's blown except for no turbo pressure.
  13. Today I've been getting a sound coming from engine or gearbox (at) which when accelerating sounds abit like a motor turning like when you run out of water in your wash wipe. What could it be? Only happens when accelerating and gets louder as engine warms up.
  14. I've brought a used hybrid ct9 and decat with intercooler and manifold to replace on my car but as funds are now tight I'm thinking of attempting to change it over myself. Is this a good idea as I've never done this before? I'm a pretty confident person as I've serviced older cars myself but not a turbo one, I've changed breaks and disc's and exhaust and once a rear axel with help and I'm used to stripping out cars as I install high end ice but never a turbo or intercooler or manifold. Any suggestions
  15. Thanks for all the suggestions I'll start off with a 255lph fuel pump and then take it from there. I'm not going to be racing the car or doing track days etc so from what I've read most likely will not need a fpr and/or fcd as people say they are for racing or have I got it wrong?

  17. The mods I'm going to do now is Hybrid ct9 De-cat pipe Ram horn ss manifold Bigger/better top mount intercooler Already got a bigger exhaust system on it. With the above mods would using the standard ecu be ok or do I definitely need a emanage with remap? Any suggestions on how much power increase I will get with either ecu?
  18. Went to look at the Jam ecu and noticed it says MT. My car is an automatic. Bugger, this ecu would have been ideal for me. Probably be hard to find one for AT.
