  2. I'd be happy too if everyone else is happy with it. Will there be a particular subject? Movement, close up etc??
  3. Thank you guys.. Appreciate the votes and comments. Inspire me to get out again this month ( whats the contest on hehe ) Keirz - i think its only fair i win your starlet. Chief.
  4. EOS400d mate. All shot in RAW format...
  5. Yes i do use photoshop matey. The below was a HDR shot i did ( just started to experiment with them more ). I like the edit too, i did toy with blue but i went to make the pic more yellow and look like it was shot later on. Good job though!
  6. Here is another one to add into the pan that i took the other night.....
  7. Ah ha - my forte. Enjoy My last car that i chopped in for the glanza My websites stand at show last year..... Loads of jap hehe toot toot..... Feature of my friends car - ( Yes your right it is the one in this months BANZAI magazine - i had it first on my site lol ) This was what i had before my skyline..... yes its that evo again.....
  8. I'm 20 mins from Peterborough - would be interested in meeting a few other owners....
  9. My favourite so far from a cold November sunrise in some farmers field three days ago.
  10. Here's one of mine chaps and lasses.....
  11. Much as the title suggests - I'm 6'6 and i can fit in the car with loads of headroom, only thing is the seat is not doing me a lot of justice. How easy is it to trip the rear seats out and have the subframe for mine moved back a few inches. I find at the moment my leg is twisted a bit when i'm driving and giving me a few aches. Has anyone else had a similar problem, removed seats, give me an idea of amount of cost work involved as i really need some support. Thanks
  12. The two cars are awesome in their own right. I will be honest the scoob is much more fun to drive due to the acceleration and definitely the cornering. That said the starlet i now have is a lot of fun and i dont miss thee fuel consumption of the scoob or skyline. There totally different classes of car anda comparison probably isnt the best thing to be doing - just drive them and enjoy
  13. Oh dear - look what i used to own 5 months ago..... They are both great cars in their own right, hard to be a critique until you;ve had both
  14. Why has this man not pushed the button.....? Its not "LOST" you know lol. That was the first thing i wanted to find out on my skyline was whether 300bhp felt much different to 250. I love high boost in the glanza, little bit of torque steer to build the forearm muscles up and all that. Plus - you shouldnt be saving it for dual carriageways, you have strut braces and discs all round dont ya?
  15. Well -thats one less button i need to gaze at in confusion. Was just wondering myself since i picked mine up.
  16. Yeah its el boggo standardo at the moment. I'm first UK owner fresh off the boat. Has a set of enkei wheels on it, not sure if i like them though, may get refurbed in black or get rid of them. I could do with some iideas as where to get stalet parts from. Exhaust will be first port of call with an induction to free up the breathing. Ta.
  17. its weird fighting the front of a car now as opposed to having an "ARRRGH FUCK!!!" moment at the back.
  18. Managed to get rid of the gas guzzler today and buy me a trolley. Found a nice glanza in the end without needing to travel to bloody leeds so i went for it. Thoughts?
  19. Thanks guys - Well lets hope Saturday the car is still there, i like it enough, i can drive it due to my bloody height and more importantly i can get a good deal lol. I'm fed up of feeding some guys family everytime i fill up now. To be honest about fuel consumption if i hit 30mpg i'll be happy as i probably struglle to get 20 at the moment and with my boost controller on and full chat i probably get about 10mpg if that. So - bring on the bloody glanza from somewhere or other lol.
  20. Right - i'm off to look at a glanza this weekend and there is a high possibility i will do a choop in against the skyline. I really need to know an accurate answer to these questions before Saturday. 1- Average MPg at 60mph under normal driving. Am i going to break 30mpg and by how much. 2- How many miles will i get from £70 of fuel, skyline i get about 220. 3- IS there much difference between high and low boost in these cars with fuel economy? 4- Is it 133bhp on high or low boost. Any factual answers really appreciated. Thanks Jon
  21. Here are one or two of my shots from Japshow. Was interesting looking at the Glanza's be glad to see my skyline go now....
  22. Can i ask a few more questions please so that i know what im letting myself in for. How much would you pay roughly for the following parts - just want to check i'm not still looking at skyline money for things. (appreciate there will be some variation dependant on parts and purchase price so just estimates please ) 15" rims - say for arguments sake something which is JDM. None of your ripspeed or TSW rims... Full stainless zorst. - only ones i found wher blitz nur specs which were still £600 - dearer than what they were when i had my impreza two years ago!! FMIC - found one about
  23. Well i had a look at my first starlet today. Was rather tidy but i didnt like the wheel or zorst and would like to try and buy a complete package. I can "just" about fit my frame in them so i'm more tempted now. ANother question.... How easy is it to hit 200bhp and with what components and for what sort of money. I would like to build a complete picture of what i'm letting myself in for. Thank you.
