  2. Not a problem bud, Ill get pictures on monday as i am at college until the weekend. Glad i could help Gary
  3. Well i have inspected them when i removed the head, i was happy enough to fit them to my car, i owned the whole engine and had it runnung before i removed it, so i never just got them out of some scrap yard. The engine had done 80k, and it had no oil burning issues and had plenty in it when i checked so as far as i no there is no issues of cam wear due to low oil. Thats all i can really say, i could upload some pics next week if you like? Gary
  4. I have a set of cams for a 4efe, 80k engine they came out of Gary
  5. This gauge from demon tweeks says it just uses the original lambda sensor, http://www.demon-tweeks.com/products/Produ...pcode=LUMAFR003 I would ideally like to get it set up before i drive to the rr day, then jus get it tweeked to perfect it. TM-Developments have a AEM wideband for £258 http://www.tm-developments.com/index.php?m...products_id=204 Is this what i need? Gary
  6. Welcome to Uksc Any help needed just ask Gary
  7. I have a Apexi turbo timer at home, it has a air to fuel ratio function on it, It has lights to say if its lean or rich, Will that do to roughly set it up? As i dont have £200 od to spend on a wideband. Thanks Gary
  8. Ye man that would be sound cheers Gary
  9. Enzo are you able to bring one of you GT-spec hybrid CT9's for me to have a look at this weekend? Cheers Gary
  10. Cool man no worries, just glad you figured it out You can get the standard cams refprofiled to a fast road spec from kent cams and piper cams, but its £200 at least to do it. Im not 100% sure how new cams would be, i have a set of second hand ones in perfect condition 80k on the engine if you need them. all you will need to do is valve clearances. Glad i could be of an assistance Gary
  11. Nice pics mate, Gutted i missed this but was at college so ill just hav to wait for next year, Can you post up the video of time attack please? Thanks Gary
  12. Welcome bud, I would say Glanza over Civic anyday, but at the end of the day the chioce is yours. Good luck finding one Gary
  13. Cool, ye im like thats aswell always afriad something will go wrong, More so for you having such a mint motor. Its a strange problem you have decribed thou, if you were only removing the rocker cover and refitting it its weird how its just started idling rough. Is the idle really bad or just lower, or does it fluctuate up and down? There deffinately wasnt anything else touched? Gary
  14. Cool, the plug leads etc are all on ok? It could just be something silly like that. Have you tried it on the road, is there any performance difference? Gary
  15. What work have you just done to the engine? Did you touch the ignition timing or distibutor(sp?) atol? It doesnt seem to be low compression bud, but its hard to say without hearing it. Gary
  16. There is no chance maybe a rachet or spanner etc has been dropped on it? I wouldnt think that would be easy to chip, bit it doesnt look like a clean cut or breakage, so its maybe been rubbing agaist something. Doesnt look to serious and as long as there is no other engine damage. Gary
  17. Never seen that before bud, its like the cams have been out before and they were dropped, or the rocker cover has been off and something like a tool has been accidentely dropped on it. It doesnt look good anyway but cant see how deep it is, Gary
  18. Bump Still cant get through bud Gary
  19. Ye man it could have been like, cant say i remember seeing your car. should come to some scottich meets bud.

  20. Will this do for setting up the fuel pressure? http://www.demon-tweeks.com/products/Produ...pcode=LUMAFR003 Gary
  21. The number refer to the number of splines on the hub/cv joint. You will need to remove your cv joint and count the splines in the hub where the joint meshes into and the splines on the cv joint itself Hope this helps Gary
