  5. Hi Starleters.

I have had a few requests for genuine Toyota parts since joining the forum.

We are by no means specialists on Toyotas but we like to help any way we can.

So we wont know which part number is applicable, however if you can find a part number using the link below (trust me its a comprehensive catalogue) then we would be happy to get a price and lead time on the part delivered to your door.

If we cannot get the part we will be honest and upfront about it!

    Hope this helps

  6. I understand the needing to be in it to win it.

However manufacturers will only produce goods when there is proven demand.

The only way around it would be for Tegiwa to order 20 of each kit from Mfactory but that is counter productive for us if we have nobody looking to buy them, we cannot order £4-5k worth of synchro sets just to sell £500 worth.

Thanks though for getting the ball rolling, one we have 30 names ill come for deposits and we will see who still wants in at that point.

    Carbon synchro's

    1. Calum122

    2 faiyaz.123

    3.crispyeel

10% of the way there on carbon synchro sets.

Lets just focus on those for now.

  7. That said you have to be in it to win it.

I know how much a win a Carbon Synchro kit is going to be to us Starleteers.

Presumably bearings and seals can be had from Toyota.

Whilst I don't drive my car, and the box is A okay, I am prepared to preemptively purchase the carbon synchros if this helps get them made for us.

So do you want to put my name down please.

  8. Hi all.

So that you are all aware none of these kits are in production at the moment, none of these kits would be put into production until there are 20-30 people willing to put deposits on them.

And when I say that I mean 20-30 people per option.

The factory will not setup tooling an manufacture of a synchro set if there are only 10 people waiting to buy them, same goes for all the other options that I put on the list.

I can see about 15 different members here who like the idea of stuff like this going into production, but only names on a list and deposits will actually make this happen.

Based on the interest in the group at the moment, I doubt any of this will go ahead any time soon.

  9. Ever had problems making purchases, struggled accessing the site on your phone or tablet?

Soon to be a thing of the past.

www.tegiwaimports.com is having a full overhaul including full mobile browsing compatibility, faster search tools and lots of exciting new product lines.

www.yellowspeedeurope.com is another of our sites having a major overhaul.

No date is set for going live but expect big things and maybe even some cheeky discount when they do eventually drop.

Remember even if its not listed on the new website we can probably still get it, we aim to be your one stop shop.

We can even fit your 'Go Faster Bits' @ Ti-Motorsport.

    Happy shopping.

  10. Cheers bud best get my ass in gear and get some extra bonus in. Rough deposit price please once I no I will stick my name down etc

More than likely 25-50% (have not confirmed with the boss :shok: )

Silly question .since I haven't yet busted a box which I don't intend to do so .but what power figure ratings can we assume out of these products. Or more straight to the point .what from the above list is needed to use over 350bhp ?

We have used this brand for a while now and we have used it in some pretty high power Honda's (500 ponies plus!)

  11. Oh you really don't know the starlet crowd do you lol

I'm an ex member, trust me I know. Im still tight now.

    I

Got 800 quid sitting here ready

Sounds like you are name number 1 on the list.

If we get some lists going like i have seen on group buys,

(do not put your name down just to fill numbers, because once i have enough people i will be coming for deposits)

    Carbon rebuild kit

    1.

    2.

    Bearing and seal kit

    1.

    2.

    3rd gear

    1.

    2.

    Carbon synchros

    1.

    2.

And you can start a list for any of the parts that I have said Mfactory can offer.

  12. Are you looking for a standard intake setup?

I'm sure I have a relocation pipe to fit a CT9 somewhere in my garage if thats any good? Would just need a filter

Send pictures and details to info@ti-motorsport.co.uk

  13. Hi All,

    ROUGH PRICING

These prices are all guidelines and should only be taken as such

We would need 30 people interested in a single product before it could be put into production. (I'm sure this is understandable as there is a lot of research and development and tooling required for a new kit).

    Carbon rebuild kit

    £400-500

    Bearing and seal kits.

    £175-250

    Carbon synchro set

    £175-250

    Gear hubs

    £50

    Sleeves

    £125 each (1st/2nd, 3rd/4th, 5th/reverse)

    close ratio gears

    £275-400 each

    Close ratio gear kits

    £750-850 (3rd/4th/5th)

    Diff bearings

    £30-60

    Final drives

    £750-850

    I hope this helps.
