  1. I've done a few things recently (some as recent as today), has done wonders to the little GT

so I got the AD08R's fitted last week, much better than having westlakes on the front lol

the next major thing I did was swapping the standard panhard rod out for the Cusco adjustable I had on the SR, as well as the KYB SR special shocks and RS-R progressive lowering springs

then a tiny thing to add, I got some team heko wind deflectors as an early birthday present

  2. I'm pretty sure I've said this elsewhere, but I decided in the end to not go ahead with the 86 and I went for something i knew I'd love, so this is the result.

she's already had plenty done on the engine side of things (zisco ramhorn mani, TD04 turbo, Apexi AVC-R boost controller and quite a bit more), so I'll be concentrating on the handling side of things (suspension, brakes and so on)

The bits I'll do soon is new tyres (yoko AD08R's all round) as well as a carpet bought from corey on the forum

  3. So the whole AE86 thing fell through and I ended up upgrading what I currently had (hence buying a new starlet)

Last year, this was what I was driving around in, an SR that I bought for £190 and now currently owes me about £600 ish1253503923_starlet11.thumb.png.723fc42b35b215817a931abc75621b7d.png

Then seen as though renewal time for the insurance was coming up, I decided to go for an EP82 with a few goodies strapped onto it

  4. Hey Nick, Doing great at the moment and as for my SR, i've got some rubbish-ish wheels and i'm going to get some winter tyres for them, she'll be soldiering through the snow (if it does) just like last winter

    Cheers, Kie

  5. Got another update on getting the AE86 ready for paint.

So I managed to get the front end in primer as seen here.

Then we started flatting the roof back, applied filler primer, re-sanded it and then applied etch primer as seen here.

still needs a tiny bit more work, but the roof is done for the most part, the next thing on the agenda should be prepping the bootlid and then getting the seats and harnesses put in place.
