been driving this wei beasty a canny bit now and i have to say TDO4 FTMFW!! its lovley! its not even mapped yet and its quick as fuck can tell a HUGE difference over the CT9 like! the noise as well that comes from the screamer/turbo and exhaust is just pure realllly can not wait for a remap now! any one who is thinking of upgrading TDO4 is the way you WILL not be dissapointed! fact! -

cheers lads was meant to say it has a 6-7PSI spring in atm so... i was just concerned mabys its running to rich or to lean so hmmmmmmmm idrees you will be having a PM very soon but was yours mapped mate?? or had it not been mapped for a year? -

took it for a drive there and OHH MY it sounds the fucking nuts man! flutters amazing didnt boost it at all thow so could not hear to much of it yet couple of pictures ?? what do you guys think about if i drive it without been mapped yey or ney? scared to drive it tbh.... dirty i kno.... mirror polished rocker cover followed with some magnecore HT leads -

yea was very impressed that the remaining bits left from the FMIC could be adapted to fit the TD04 set up no messing around buying other silicone parts and metal tube-ing yea was in 2 minds about the mesh on the turbo but alot of people have done it and never came across any problems so well see how it goes i suppose! it will be getting mapped in 2 weeks time and i am going to use a EMU he he cheers dude, hows your wei auto? any more mods? -

well finished the TDO4 build tonight and ..................SHES ALIVE!!! started first time,idles perfect,got up to temp perfect the NEW MODDED FAN worked that my mate wired in! checked for any air/oil ETC leaks and theres not ONE !! well chuuffed aint the word like..... it sounds so different sounds like a wei scooby now lol! aint boosted it thow just let it idle tbh want to get it mapped before i hammer it which will be happening very very soon! so cant wait to drive it now! would like to say a HUGE thank you to my mate (dan) and my father for helping out! pics followed!....... -
hmmmmmmm you need the nipple on the turbo mate to run it in the e/w using the spring? i think your turbo may only use a EBC then i am not 100% sure buddy! but yea thats what i have done so....

i have just fittted mine, you have it the wrong way round i believe you do not use the inlet mani to plug in the e/w just block the inlet vacum of if you are not running a BOV like said its the nipple on the turbo that needs to be plugged in to the e/w on the side...

right needing a slimmer fan for my rad as the fmic is in the way seen them on tuninng developments but relised i kept the fan of the aircon unit which seems the exact same so i test fitted it and the fan is on the front of the rad except on the back like it used to be also tested if the fan works and it blows a nice cold air feed to the rad so was wondering if any one has done this seems fine to me but want to be 100% like this also checked it is flowing the correct way... and these are the TD ones http://www.tuningdevelopments.co.uk/...SlimFan&cat=26

right been working on this all day and can say its getting there lol just have to modify the rad now so it can fit my FMIC piping! had to modify we little bits due to the autobox but got there in the end ignore the dirty rocker cover i have a mirror polished rocker cover en route well chuffed used the other fmic piping i did not need and modifyed it to fit my TDO4 set up no need to buy other seperate bits of piping -

cheers mate yes i hear meshing the tubby sounds rather sweeet yea i am using this for as long as i can tbh i may purchase a frount air filter later.... what you think? -
again shocking fitment ! who is using them?? any tips on getting it to the engine block it seems the rubber supplied may be to small FFS! its hard to get on the actual water line pipes in the bay its fine the turbo side this is the final peace then its complete so feedback would be grateful

dude do you mind taking more pics of the engine bay just so i can see the FMIC piping as i am having a pain fitting mine and i think its the same as yours of ebay "toyo sports"?? also what other bits did you join to the TDO4 set up ?? need some other silicone for mine ...
