I only use 1 small then 1 large then other side 1 large and 2 small as with the 3 as specified it was too tight going to alter them when I get more time

What amount of washers are you using on it? Side to side action is OK on mine but still stiff into gears with them! It must be to do with the bearing being straight!

Anyone that has used the bearings on selectors can you tell me how many large and small washers you have used either side of the bearing?

Checked them all this morning and all feels free so I greased it all even the gearbox side, felt fine so I think it may be the bearings not sitting straight on the selectors... I tried the gear change without being clipped on and it was OK so I'm guessing its related to cable to gearbox connection. Going to change gearbox oil to eliminate that side. But any more ideas wouldn't go amiss :-)

Hi guys need a little technical help. I have a stiff gear change but only in gears 1 2 5 I've recently replace knackered gear linkage bushes with bearings and turned the chocolate block. It was stiff before but not this stiff. Any ideas other than lots of grease? The cables seemed loose enough the mechanism in car was free!

Awesome build can I ask how did the management affect where or how your boost came in? Keep up the good work

I would put a rrfpr on and increase fuel pressure as the ecu will be not reading injector cycle correct and see if it improves. The larger injectors won't be at efficient spray at standard fuel pressure. Like socks says the ecu will be set for standard injectors :-) good luck.

Wires do go up behind the clocks somewhere so you could be right as I have indiglo dials I'll have aplay in the dark later lol. Just hope its not wired into the boost controller lmao cheers guys
