  1. Looks to be a very good price compared to the competitors, they look awesome too, great job!
  2. Well remembered Riko, mine's N617. There seems to be loads of Starlets with similar plates.
  3. Overreaction of the year?

    Sigs?

I will happily make sigs for people based on this template: If you would like one upload a suitable sized image to fit that box and I'll sort it.
  5. I went further than that and it was worth every bit of it. Next is wheel refurb, getting that done this week hopefully. After that it'll probably be handling and a few other bits. I've poured a lot of money into it this year and it'd be nice to spend money on something else for a couple of months. Thanks bud. You're up my way every weekend. I'll let you know if I'm about though as I can drive and you can adjust the dsbc innit. ;)
  6. I agree with Rick, get your arse down here.
  7. May be best for ease of mind if you were to close this thread until you definitely know what happened? Never nice that people start rumours when peoples lives are in the question. My thoughts are with both parties if this is true, a very sad situation.

  9. Despite the fact that it's illegal since he's saying he will be the main driver.
  10. Thanks mate, it's been running like a dream the last couple of days, I'm absolutely loving it right now. Tell me about it, it's one of those moments where you thought you had checked everything but there's always something you didn't notice! Glad yours is all together bro, get on MSN sometime it'll be good to have a chat if you get some free time. Pleasure meeting both of you aswell mate, it was rather hard to show emotion whilst practically sleepwalking but your work was outstanding. You're right that no expense has been spared and I'm reaping the benefits from that now, the car's run
  11. Another vote for Rainsport2's, can get a set on eBay for about £150 and as Rick stated they shit all over T1R's. I had them before and they span for fun.
  12. I recommended Chanelle to the above company, he did both my bumpers at very good prices including smoothing both lips.
  13. Just to add to this, I finally got around to getting mine mapped and this turbo with proper mapping to a bar is a serious weapon. Jason, believe me in a buggy if you got the supporting mods and decent mapping done you can get 200bhp, believe me that's more than enough in a Starlet let alone that thing you have!
  14. I'm going to be keeping an eye on the compression levels, it was all rather random but Nick gave me an in-depth explaination as to what could've happened but since I'm not too mechanical minded I find it a bit hard to explain but I know what he meant. I think possibly that because I haven't been driving it hard at all for so long (I was waiting for mapping) that it could've just needed a real ragging, which the mapping provided. Thanks for the kind comments guys, and I sure as hell will enjoy it Phil, I bet you're enjoying the beginning stage of boost? Wait until you get the hunger for more!
  15. Thanks a lot mate, glad you like it!
  16. rofl, such a prick. It's true however, that I wasn't too keen on getting it done, I'm glad I did though it was a gamble that paid off for once. I'm glad you agree that the power it's putting out is nice mate, I've driven it a fair bit today and it's had me giggling like a little girl again. You were glad to get home? Imagine how I fucking felt after you ate that whole chicken and just did Nandos/semen burps the whole way home that actually made me want to die? I've had praise about the car from Nick, yourself and the guy who carried out the mapping today, with the exception of the dodgy co
  17. Haha, I am going to get it up to a bar and take it back, it was sodding cold in Warrington yesterday but it was 13 degrees where I had the dyno done, so I guess that had some effect on it. Of course you can add it to the dyno records mate, absolutely fine with me.
  18. UPDATE! As some of you know I had a hideous noise appearing whenever I was booting the car. I took it to two qualified mechanics and a tuning company and neither of them could figure out what was making the noise. After putting up with it for over a week I decided while I was pissed off with the car to take it out and boot it to see if that gets me anywhere. After a few miles the car started sounding absolutely awful, so I could tell whatever was making the noise had now become more evident. Upon popping the bonnet Rick realised that the bolts to the mani had vibrated themselves off and it wa
  19. Clearly things he broke, it's not like you broke a drivers side door hinge and put it back together is it? Also, the rad leak is a bit silly too.
  20. I won't be saying who it was but it was just a local company and I've never heard of them mentioned in here but I had a recommendation from someone locally. Wouldn't really recommend anyone going there though!
  21. RESOLVED! Basically I took the car to 3 garages this week, one of which was a local "tuning" company. Noone could give me an answer as to what it was, however the tuning company tried to convince me it was coming from the DSBC. (Right!) Basically I drove the car a bit harder to see if the noise got any worse and suddenly it started sounding like hell. This was a good thing though as it made it a lot more obvious what it was. As soon as I popped my bonnet Rick noticed some black soot had leaked onto my FMIC hot pipe. After then starting the car it was blatant that the air was escaping from be
