well tbh the guy who did the ecu recommended it. I told him I want a reliable 300+bhp by next year that isnt laggy n he told me what I need to do it lol

its just on a TD04 at the min mate untill the end of the year when i forge and put something bigger on, im considering a ball bearing TD05. But the bloke whos done the mani and ecu recons he knows of something else that will give me good power as I want 300+ from a 4e. I don't think I have ever posted any pics up of my GT so thought I would share a few. Sorry about it being mucky I have only got it back recently and not had time to clean it. The Gt very dirty Locking areo catches the bonnet ( one of the worst things ive bought for the GT) Hand made one off manifold and downpipe the engine bay - very dirty and some stuff needs tidying up and finishing off like the injector wires Running on a coil now instead of dizzy, I need to get a blanking plate made up for the dizzy. am going, i got every year and have to say is one of the best shows of the year, very under rated for how good it is and so cheap!

can use disc's off a different car chap, think its corola sr discs if i remember right. you also need spacers to make the discs fit in the center of the caliper. hope this helps mark

right no i didnt hit fuel cut at 10psi when i had the wastegate closed ( this was done by removing the actator and having it held closed with a bracket) i hit fuel cut. when we had the waste gate fully open (again done with a bracket to keep it open) i was getting 10psi of boost. with the actuator connected no matter how much i would the arm out i was still getting 10psi of boost and in 3rd creeping to fuel cut. me and a friend wound the actuator arm out as far as it would go and i was still getting 10psi. Have measured the boost using the evc itself and also using a boost gauge and both

boost problem Well today me and a friend install me a new HKS Evc 5 boost controller but am having problems with boost in general. We cant get the actuator pressure to go below around 10 PSI. with the boost controller turned off and the HKS Actuator arm wound fully out im still getting 10psi of boost? we tryed disconnecting the Actuator and having it fully open and im still getting 10psi? with it fully closed i get fuel cut by 3k revs. any ideas? all we can think of is a damaged or faulty wastegate? ?

personally id still get the fueling checked and a td04 at 0.7, 0.8 in my opinion isnt as good as a CT9

wicked EP does them for alot cheaper matey, remember your not just going to need mani and downpipe though your going to need fueling to match and if your gunna do it right a piggy back or stand alone ecu

not given it a try yet buddy as im skint and couldnt afford any i used alot of scratch x on it last night as i had a tube in house and it seemed to make a bit of a difference. I spoke to a friend last night though who knows a bodyshop that will completely sand it down and re lacquer it though if needs be. also got to go out in his 311bhp glanza which was fun

well ive gone out to clean the gt today to find some dicks keyed my carbon bonnet, it looks like its just in the lacquer anyway i can get this out?
