  1. We didnt want to use Extreem EP in both instances if you get me Just spicing things up. They can be reworked Love but this is to get peoples brains going and an idea of what we are looking for Other examples: UKSC Live - The Starlet Information Network Extreem EP Cyber Hub - The Definitive EP Experience UKSC Fresh - Extreem EP At Its Finest Joz @ UKSC Team
  2. Some nice ideas there so far guys. I'm sure you can think of more It seems like a better idea to have two parts to the name like you been suggesting so the team has added a second half to our contribution also. Hope you like Joz @ UKSC Team
  3. Thanks for the support and sound advice everyone I'm doing my best to make sure everything goes to plan. More updates to come soon. Thanks for reading. Joz
  4. Now thats one tracked imagination The use of 'uksc' sensibly please guys. Joz
  5. Hey Ste The exhaust is going on once I have the flange for the 4 branch sorted. Im not heat wrapping the mani as its already ceramic coated, I may wrap the new collector pipe for it however as it wont be ceramic coated. I hope one appears when you are looking next year. 2nd hand is the way to go because a new system/backbox would be a killer. Joz

  7. Hi All Members The time to release the new UKSC front page is drawing nearer and nearer and to make sure everything goes well we need a fitting name for it. Seeing as we have so many imaginative and creative members on the site, we thought instead of deciding between ourselves it would be the right thing to let you decide. Without giving too much away, the UKSC front page will be the new home of everything that UKSC has to offer, much more than just a forum, it aims to eventually deliver the ultimate EP experience to everyone. There is two stipulations for the name. #1 - It must be starlet related and the use of UKSC is fine. #2 - It must sound cool as fuck. So those are the rules. The five best sounding contributions will be put together for an official UKSC poll by the team to find out what everyone deems to be the best name for the front page. The future of UKSC is in your hands, use it wisely. Thanks for reading and lets get some decent names going. UKSC Team

  9. Cheers Lewis ;) Today is very sexy indeed I've been waiting for things to get moving, so Im keeping the iron hot You can blame a bit of the avatars-gone-wild on Enzo More updates coming soon. Joz
  10. I'll hopefully be attending some track days with Track Skills too Jay. Hopefully we can get some regular sessions in, in 2009. I'm waging the car will be properly running by then. Joz
  11. Thanks Jay Things with the project have already started to become a bit full-on already! Im really happy and excited tho and am gonna stick to my plan. Hope things are good with you and the recovery, really want to accompany you to Kirky when the track day season starts again. Phil (cheezeitthedog) introduced me to the TSCCNI and I definately feel like joining, are you a member Jay? Joz

  16. Thanks for the kind comments and support gents. Glad you are enjoying the progress as much as me. Im quite relieved she passed mot because last year they were going on about the hard suspension, must have been some old boy lol. And this is the second year I've passed with no cat. Im going to track her because I want to enjoy myself in it Si, rather than being stuck on british roads and driving at illegal speeds, why not do it properly with track days and release more potential, really push those mods as they were intended to be. I have nothing to prove and wont be racing against anyone for the time being, just to sit back, enjoy the car and attack some corners. Ive heard the track day organisers at Kirky are a fun bunch so Im really looking forward to it early next year. Joz
  17. I love the way things are. Sigs give us a chance to display a little bit about who each of us are and lets us be more creative. Avatars altho not as important also add more visual elements to pages, makes things more interesting. It is also true both can have an effect on pages loading but to me its a small price to pay. I'd strike a balance in the sizes of the avatars and sigs. Perhaps make the avatars a little bigger, and a size restriction on the sigs but give people enough to work with. I'd also like to see a properly laid out gallery in time. Joz
  18. Project Red EP91 Update MOT Fujitsubo Full N/A Exhaust Received Those panels in the background aren't mine lol People who say the Fujitsubo Legalis R System looks skinny or not much of an upgrade over stock is talking out their ass. The pipework is a perfect 2" and is thicker than it looks, this is the exact mandrel bent goodness I wanted for my motor. The Hotshot manifold has a 2.5" collector pipe but Im having it shortened/tapered down to 2" for a near perfect fusion with the exhaust. The workmanship on this system is awesome, so if you see one on the auctions dont hesitate to get it. I also need to make a custom pipe and have it welded onto the end of my 4-1 Hotshot exhaust manifold so it can be mated to the end of the Fuitsubo, the Fuji came with a pipe that connects to the oem downpipe which I dont have anymore but I didnt fancy hacking at that so I asked my local SS works to sort something, should be ready near the end of next week. Once I have this pipe for the manifold I can get my bodyshop to test fit the whole exhaust system, if all is well then Waiting for the Quaife LSD to arrive, then I can book my mechanic in to remove the engine and gearbox so I can take the gearbox away for the LSD fitment whilst he rebuilds the engine. Things are moving more rapidly now and it feels great to have acquired most of the parts I need, I just need to order diff bearings, ds seals, fuel filter and that should be me. I want to get the 5EFHE up and running first and get it emanage base tuned before I start work on anything else but the car will have the uprated engine, lsd, lightened flywheel and uprated clutch fitted. Once everything is fitted and run in, I can put all my energies towards finishing off the itbs and getting hold of any small parts I need for them, all in all an excellent week! Joz
  19. Was this not already answered in another thread Phil? Anyway quite a few na members have had nice custom exhausts made so they will be able to recommend you what type of layout/pipework to get to replace your oem system. Dont go out spending anything until you gather up some more info. Northern Ireland is full of pipe bent exhaust fabricators and that isnt what you want, if you require the best for your motor Id go for somewhere that does mandrel bent exhausts, then you will get the true shape/diameter/contour of the pipe at each bend rather than being reduced in size when pipe bent. Joz
  20. Theres nothing wrong with guesswork, just dont get your hopes up until you have tried it, then work from there Joz
  21. This will really be useful for others Sam Please let me know how you got on with my request. Thanks Joz
  22. Thanks for the info Wallace They are just right tbh, not too tight lol could do with a replacement ds bolster. Joz
  23. If you're talking to me Si, Im prob gonna strip the door lol. Joz
