Mannnn wish i still had mine to fit and a dremel...either way imo you would notice something if you did the inner and outer area on the mani aswell as the tb. Its worth a thought bud as you can do it before you put it on, not sure any N/A owner has done it yet.
-
Mabe you could port/polish both?
-
I`d put a cloth over and gently bend it back with some pliers.....or you could go to a exhaust place and ask them to see if they can make it any better?
-
yup for when you take it off to clean it ^ (if you do that is) You get a dremel and like polish the inside of it so its nice n shiney check this guys thread out 1/4 of the way down, even has proven dyno results http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2048825 7.7 horsepower and 7.3 ft-lbs torque increase
-
Comeon dude! you know you wanna port the TB....

-
@ dan after looking around at peoples engine bay pics there are deffo two different sizes fitted to our cars nic has the smaller size battery yet his bracket fits perfect, on the otherhand i have the smaller battery but bigger bracket....look at my old thread http://www.ukstarletclub.com/forums/index....&hl=battery

Doesnt like small amounts of throttle.

Np also when you clean the tb take it off and do it, a friend tried to clean his and didnt take it off leaving all the flamable liquid/vapor in the intake when he started it made one hell of a noise felt as if the pistons would come flying out.....also gives you an excuse to port/polish it best of luck On a side note open the dizzy cap and there may be white residue on the contacts inside ( there was quite abit on mine) just get a flat head and carefully "chip" it off. -

Its on the firewall circled red in pic (top left) theres nothing you can do to it, just make sure the vac hose is connected and the electrical connecter is plugged in... As for the mounts with poly bushes youll actually notice the car vibrate more because they are stiffer....just inspect them bud, as for performance gains i guess you would notice better accel etc as the engine is "in place" as it were and not moving about. -
Welcome dude, come on lets see some pics
-
I think? dont quote me on this but the rear only provides 15% of the braking....
-
Welcome bud got any pics of the scooby? where you from? make your self at home and enjoy your stay
