  1. sorry joz only half a man hug for you im afraid...it shows how to mesh BUT! i think we just literally cut them off by the looks of the pics in the tutorial.....oli`s? look untidy tho so i guess the bumper need to come off and sanded where the fins used to be. on the to do list for the summer

I guess thats the main point ^^^^ the scum bag didnt take the car....or cause much damage to it books n shit can be replaced but having to cough out for the damage/have your pride n joy off the road/taking manchester buses = major fail not to mention the fact that it puts future plans on hold and gets you upset.   7. lol is the bumper properly fixed @ ste mine revs at 1200 max when i have heaters on, rear demister, lights, cd player, n sometimes the wipers. then it fluctuates at around 950-700ish when at temp. if you want to adjust it wait till the car is really hot then adjust it?

A tiny wee update.....magnetic sump plug has been paid for, will be paying for the cup holders tomorrow, adhesive for the spoiler is here still not decided as to which route to go for the bump strips caramel wheel? or something like 3M adhesive remover? (i really dont have the time or the patience for the methods suggested its bloody cold out there) a little help please? does anyone have pictures of the N/A bumper without the fins in it? also how easy is it to do? will the strength of the bumper be ok? and finally import plates i`ve heard the shops will not sell me them but if i "manage" to
  9. Hey, i think the bottom bumper has less fins and the grill is a tad diff, the boot lid doesn`t go in to the bumper as much (me being picky lol) but apart from that it looks spot on mate.

When was it last serviced? check plugs n leads mabe some water got in?....mine used to do something similar after 2 bottles of redex it got alot better...im hoping it fully goes away when i change the fuel filter n whack another bottle of redex in, if not going to change the leads/rotor arm/dizzy cap. good luck
  13. ahh good news buddy....^^ as said keep an eye on her on long journeys esp and as soon as it goes any where 3/4 of the gauge pull over n get it recovered home.

You need a new mechanic.....the fan is driven by an electric motor. if you stopped and got it recoverd home change the thermo stat/cheked things out you would have been ok mate....now i guess the heads warped and its taking in water and the rings must have gone (the tractor noise) uprated injectors? which ones r you using? supporting mods? Sorry if i sound harsh mate but...the car cant keep up? elaborate?

Wow thats alot of painkillers did the doc recomend you take them? u cant usually take them together and how often are you taking them mate? up the vit c suppliments (orange juice or mabe a small tablet), get some boiling water n whack a blob of vicks in there (vicks bit is optional its the "steam" which will do you good help with the breathing thru the nose) Get well soon buddy

Im sure it couldnt just have been the head gasket mate they are put together tighter than a nuns bum hole the timing belt is a possibility (when was it last done? as you say you drive it hard it may have snapped?)....also possible the thermostat dint open up and caused failure? what was the temp like? as for mods what have you currently got?? corolla inlet mani? decent filter? adv ignit timing? uprated outlet mani? as for running "cooler" get a thermostat which opens up at a lower temp, air diversion plate (not sure how much it helps tho) P.s they dont have a "fan belt" EDIT: EPIC EPIC F
