Still looking, the advance gauge I ordered wont work with my Controller 2.
-
Defi say that the advance gauges wont work with the older Control Unit 2, has anyone tried a newer gauge with the older control unit?
May have made a mistake when ordering from RHDJapan and ordered an Advance gauge.

Can anyone tell me what thread thread the fittings are in the standard EP82 brake master cylinder. I'm going to be replacing the hard brake lines with braided but can't seem to find what thread I'll need for the master cylinder fittings.
Cheers

Good chap, I arranged to collect some wheels from Race Tech and had him post out some gauges, everything appears as described, postage was quick and very well packaged.

RHD Japan have them on sale right now, so grabbed one from there.

Be aware that most TDO's will not let you out on track with slicks unless you have in a fully caged car.
Aero mods are not totally pointless.
-
As title really, anyone got one they would like to sell?

Im glad there are people out there who are willing to help others, restores a little faith in this community.
Just so long as they don't get flipped on for a profit.

How are these worth £100? Mental.

It's not a road car, so comfort isn't too much of a concern. I just want to make sure a 205/50 will fit under the arches, it sounds like it will
Thanks

Haha..
Maybe it was foolish of me to let them go for nothing, but they're of no use to me and hopefully someone can get some use out of them. Would be pretty pissed to find them for sale somewhere else immediately afterwards, but I guess that's the risk I take.

First refusal is to GT1992, they are stored at my friends lockup so they can't be collected tonight. I'll give him a day or two, and if I've not heard I'll get in touch Ep'd.
Cheers chaps

Just to be clear, it's the two front ones, the rears ended up in a skip.

Does anyone know if the 205/50 tyre will fit under the arches or am I forced to use a 195/45 on a 7" wide 15" rim?
Cheers

Ok, I can't bite my tongue any longer.
Good luck with the sale, but this is very much a 'show cage' not a roll cage.

I wouldn't recommend bolting directly to the floor, certainly not without sufficient strengthening, it's only single skin, any large impact will easily rip it straight out!
If it's a road car find some starlet subframes, if it's not then fit these.. http://cbradleymotorsport.co.uk/fabrication/repair-panels/weld-in-seat-rail-mounting-kit.html

The majority of race cars use marine ply for their splitters because as you would imagine it's water proof, Absolutely useless on the road, so unless you've exhausted the cars performance on track, then adding aero should be last on the list, as should adding power but let's not get started with that one. Another thing, for your aero parts to be effective they need to be low to the ground, really low to the ground, again making them useless for the road.
That's a friend of mine, the aero is proven to work, he's added splitter, entire flat floor, diffuser, rear wing, etc.

As title, could do with a backup plan in case the Tongs turbo doesn't work out.
Let me know what you have.
