You might be able to align them down a touch by the adjuster on the headlight but it won't do much. They will inevitably blind people.

I actually never knew they were on an offical ban, I remember them trying to pose the ban but wasn't aware of them being illegal. Well there are more illegal dogs down my area than legal, same applies with illegal drugs. Someones not doing there job and people don't seem to be listening..
