  6. Ultimate has a bigger mapping table. Allowing a smoother map... But it comes at a price... As is always the case.. Blue is fine for 280-300bhp... If your planning over 300bhp. Go for an ultimate. Saves you changing later on and re-writing the whole map! View the tuning guides in thewiki section for some advice!

  9. My TD pump died after 1 year of use... It was Chinese. A Walbro would be a better spend of money imo... To my it sounds like fueling. If you've serviced the ignition system...
  10. If you have a cracked piston or ring... Blue SMoke will puff out the dipstick tube when you remove the dipstick... It will be misfiring on that cylinder too.. IE if you remove the HT lead to that cylinder the engine will not change how it runs...

  13. Im sure your tuner will tell u/show u exactly whats happened. Perfect engine to be forged tbh! If the bottom end/crank is all good and within spec. Re-bore will get rid of any markings on bores from piston failure! Perfect Winter job!
  14. Take your dipstick out. Doesn't blue smoke puff out of it? I really wouldn't bother trying to test anything dude. It's gonna want a bottom end rebuild. Or a replacement engine. You can't run boost like that and get away with it.
  15. Blown Piston 3.... Overboosting. Knock Sensor tried to pull the timing out, but couldn't do it enough... Hence failure...
  16. Overdue an update! Little interior part... A P-Sport Center Console... Onto more pressing matters... Ive sourced a slave cylinder! Modified and fitted now. Line is on route too! The Solid Shaft that bolts to the back of the engine is also now fitted! Wiring is nearly there now. Wiring is all in the passenger footwell waiting for ECU Plug & ECU! The best news though is the Turbocharger has been chosen and has been paid for and ordered from Precision More on this when it arrives. Its a large one though haha!
