ahhh well. im very laid back......luckily so this aint bothering me i love a challenge and i love my car. everyone keeps telling me all these problems why dont you sell it and buy a minter? Wheres the fun in that. id trust a crappy car that I've done up and built myself way more than a minter that could fail at any minute. patience is a virtue and im full of patience so we will continue down this road for as long as it takes yes i have im going to maybe have a chat with nick TD about which road im going to go down. but i dont see how forging will be hugely beneficial as im only planning on running a hybrid at 1.2 bar which a new rebuilt standard engine is more than capable of taking.

cheers jase. if theres anything ypu need let us know i might be able to help you. and im thinking buy a seperate engine. swap the bottoms so the new ones crank is ok. put the gear box on im hopefully getting from chesh at RR day and all should be ok. then rebuild the spare engine with all new internals

algeria is always a favourite place for fraudsters to use for some reason lol and if you'd have paid as a gift you couldnt really do anything but luckily youve done it properly so you will deffo have a case for a dispute mate

Driving to see thorpy for parts earlier on my way down spotted a silver quad GT on way towards gainsborough coming from everton in Notts gave him a friendly flick of the lights and recieved one back. who was it??? also rob bower parked in Maccys car park in worksop had orange lip on wheels. parked with a mad ass jap drift car didnt see what it was though too busy looking at the n/a haha

nah mate i dont want a bottom end rebuild i lose faith in engines if their repaired i think a replacement engine is the way forward to be honest

they are quite hard to get them on the 82's but i know someone selling some for one if anyones interested. as for the ones youve founf for the 70 mate id buy it cause they dont come along often

not looking good mate if its the crank thats doing it which i suspect now it looks like its a bottom end re-build

well it pains me to say it but the crank seal change hasnt solved anything. after going so well its just as bad now. its pissing oil out again in small puddles and the brand new clutch is really really high again bloody thing. thing is i still dont think its the gear boz seal i think the crank may be fuked and its somehow damaging the crank seal and letting oil out. either way it aint good no matter how you look at it back to square one again now

Had a nice sunny drive to roose motosport today and brought home some lovely blue goodies 4 metres of blue vacuum hose and my reducer pipe for my dumpvalve to go onto the front mount intercooler. mikalor clips and some 3 way t pieces There such excellent quality id rate them well above samco NIce also off to have a drive over to Thorpys tonight to pick up the drivers wing off his GT he's breaking as mine is like a skate park haha

No it isnt lol and some others saying will the £12 get me into the show and onto the stand. Yes it will. The stand is actually free we dont pay for that the £12 is basically a reduced cheaper rate entry ticket. basically a discount for being a part of the show and part of a club so the £12 your paying is per person as its still an entry ticket just a lot cheaper than buying at the gates hope this clears a few things up

it would blow a stock engine to bits if you ran it as a major boost. if its on a really low setting and just acts like a small turbo boost then it should be ok. either way id reccomend a forged engine though
