right bad points- weak head gaskets, water pumps are a very common fault, shite mpg figures and if you dont know how to drive them fast the driveshafts arn't very strong too lol plus they aint worth a lot anymore and they do rust easier and hard to work on good points, very reactive to mods, king of all hatchbacks power wise, amazingly quick when fully tuned, 4 wheel drive is brill on them can get the back end out very well and control is good, tractions quite good too so many bad points but many good points too. they are by far one aof the quickest small hatch backs but if you want one be prepared to put your hands deep deep into your pockets lol

**quick update** only a small one for now, but havnt been on this for a while so although no brill work has done done a few bits on it lol well since the last update i have fitted a JD tuning cooling panel, a black rear smoked strip for the back boot so hoping to get some smoked lights soon to match so i can get the stealth look back also today piped my oil pressure gauge up ready to fit preoperly tomorrow hopefully lol and also got that and the boost gauge thats been fitted for ages wired up so they light up now which is a real relief at night lol going to fit a new fuel filter and alternator belt tomorrow as the old belt is piss covered in power steering fluid after a pipe came off and leaked literally everywhere so no huge changes really happened lately but need funding and to get christmas out the way then hopefully i can get some money together and start spending big again lol got some big plans for this beast now lol oh and lewis is giving me his cage (still working on convincing him) haha

yeh I've been reading somewhere on here about a guy on tggt.com whos spent nearly 10k on an mr2 engine in his starlet and its still not brill and hes had loads and loads of problems in it as i said this is a future thing but good to think about things so i can plan it. firstly i want to get my 4efte engine forged running a hybrid and all the stuff i want to do to it but then i fancy something for the track. but yeh ecks i agree with what your saying the ek civics have got an amazing chassis even standard one handle awesome might be a thing to think about not using an ep82 shell. can someone tell me a bit about the 7AGTE 's I've heared poeple talk about them before, whats the engine size and what cars do you tend to find them in please? cheers lads
