  1. Hate to be a bum, but I seem to remember reading somewhere the lower arms might not fit the NA's they didn't have some holes or bolts the Glanza did, not checked myself so hope I'm wrong, your rides gonna be more rigid than a very rigid thing indeed, don't forget we'll be needing a second write to explain how all that cusco gear affect handling,.... Can't wait to what those rearlights look like now!
  2. I paid £30 these are exactly what I got, 3door and out year, he also does them for 5door and other years, dark but see-through see my car thread/wind deflectors fitted for a peak The rear splitter would be better colour coded, also what's it off? I had been woundering about a Glanza rear bumper for mine as I wanted it lower, but not one of those meshed up bodykits, that rear splitter would avoid me trying to look like a Glanza wanna-be I like it The car does look nice
  3. Thanks people How do toyota sleep at night!?,..................oh yeah on a big pile of our money, silly me I forgot
  4. Before on left(upside down), after on right, the flash on the before makes it look a bit shiny anyway But ONLY the recessed bit where the bulb lives was sprayed to start with, now thw whole front is
  5. When the going gets expensive, the modding gets cheap,....... I have clear indicator covers and silver tecs, the housing is silver painted behind the bulb, but the rest, including a triangle-ish bit on display in the upper back is grey plastic, not as bad as the 'omelette' effect, but still not pretty, buy a set of Glanza indicators? expensive! £3.19 from Homebase Spray them both, one very quick burst was all that was needed, remember to remove the internal lenses before spraying them, with out the covers they look like shiny plastic, with them reassembled they look like this Clos
  6. With an offer like that, and my incredible powers of laziness, I just gonna wait to see how you get on! Don't forget to post the partnumber for clamp too
  7. You mean an e-bay auction for a link to a site selling cheap cars?
  8. Thanks, the old clamp looks, well old and grimy! I'll take a closer look when it comes off, I just wanted to avoid being stuck on the wrong side of without the bits I needed Thanks (May advice still welcome, feel free to share )
  9. The oil cap is a big lump of metal, once getting it in and tight it took all of the 20 secs I needed to grab my camera to get lovely and warm at which I decided to leave touching it agian for another day , if I remember I shall correct in the morning! The only bad thing is it shows up my rocker head so much!
  10. Right a while ago Mr Joz pointed out a backbox to me on e-bay(off a scrapped ep91 na), which I got (polished with kitchen towel! ) I sat on it for ages and eventualy got a quote to get it and the mani fitted (parts and labour, about £90-100) Having been to halfords and seen exhaust clamps he said would cost £8, for £1.50 and and £3-4 for a tube of exhaust sealant, and dad having those triangle girder things you drive onto to get a cars end up, I'm tempted to do it myself I want to learn about cars and such, so no better way to learn than to do it right? Qu
  11. Quick question, what kind of bolts would be needed? (brackets to car frame, and the bracket to the rad overflow bottle) Thanks
  12. Parts from the TRD oil-rad-petrol cap TGTT group buy fitted, first post updated
  13. I have my old lights hanging around, when I have the cash to get a set of Angel eyes from halfords, or a set of bike lights I may try this, however as the old light lense are the fogged ones I'll have to get new lense or just make the style that doesn't just them Thanks Quite97
  14. My light broke the same way when I put it into the garage a bit to far,.... would offer you my old light but it's a fogged one, you could slap the clear lense cover on but the beam wouldn't be focused properly Bad luck mate
  15. Don't be cheeky or I may just come over in the night and 'borrow' the real thing for the weekend, not like you need it then is it? You wanna swap, just let me know Me too saying that I should update my car thread to show off the new shiny oil cap!
  16. It looks like he's still using the plastic back/frame with the same mouting bits, so they would still be adjustable up/down angle, it looks like it's just the bit in the centre thats be changed Just out of interest, why were the old lights no good in Germany? and what paste did you use (I got my old light lying around you see, might experiment)
  17. N/A First Car love, plus I like the front end more over the Glanza, and if money was no object I'd drop a turbo'd 5E-FHE in, so it being a FE or FTE at the start isn't a prob Mind you, if money was no object it'd be a 5E-FHTE in one of those 4WD N/A's!
  18. Looks great I'd love a set, wonder if it could be done with those Angel Eyes things?
  19. Welcome, looks good, yadda yadda etc,...
