  1. CT9 rebuild is a waste for such little power, go for TD04 or just get a used CT9 to tide you over
  2. That's not true, mine have lasted ages including a track session! I'm tryna kill them off so I can get my new Rainsport 2s on haha
  3. I wouldn't bother with springs and shocks first. Your SR is already slightly lowered so bonus there, my setup: -GT Front brace (£20) -Cusco rear brace (£75) -Fully Polybushed Front ARB (£50) -Whiteline ALK (£65) -Whiteline RARB (£130) -Toyo T1R 15" (£30 each) Quite a bit of money there but well worth doing, car handles like it's on rails now and tyres are the limiting factor. If I had the money I'd love to get a set of Meisters but I can't justify spending so much when I'm a student! Good tyres, Front and Rear braces, and Polybushed FARB are p
  4. Welcome along! Get some pics up of your car, any plans?
  5. I agree with Iddy, can only see this car costing you more and more unless you get a fresh engine in
  6. What splitter is that? Looks like a Doobie but for a Glanza
  7. Need to watch it but I have it downloaded
  8. What fitment were those man? Love Grid Drifts on Glanzas
  9. TMIC is crap, my car was in limp mode after 5-10 mins of hard driving at 0.8bar, Mine's ECU
  10. Not from a SEAT are they? Our Leon ones look very similar
  11. Nice work guys! I want TD04 Do get us some pics of the bracing please
  12. Yeah it's weird because you were running a bar right?
  13. Haven't been on TGTT in ages to browse, but if it was on there the link must have come from here
  14. Sorry I dunno who posted it but I'm pretty sure I read it on here in the past few months
  15. Are you gonna get the increase measured on a dyno? Would be interesting to see. Also nice find!
  16. Looking good! I dunno if it's true but I saw someone post up that the early GT rods are thicker, but the thinner later rods were made from a stronger material to compensate?
  17. x2 The cost of a Hybrid set up is what put me off, and they don't last for long either
  18. Looks more than good WEPR are looking more and more like my future choice for a TD04 kit, amazing stuff
  19. There's millions of topics on this buddy, use the search tool You'll get better responsiveness, better noise and it'll be a bit quicker! Defo worth getting new gaskets for both sides and get a longer vacuum hose for the MAP sensor (windscreen washer tubing worked for me) Like I said have a search it's been asked soooo many times
  20. When my GT was 0.8bar CT9 on Mine's ECU, stripped..on the way to Japfest I had a play with Sparky's TD04 at 0.6bar stock ECU, left me for dead lol Went in it as well, there wasn't much lag and fcuk me it made CT9 feel like a joke, needless to say that was when I decided to plan a TD04 future
  21. A little snail shaped piece of metal would soon fix that
  22. Water weights 1kg for each litre, so for fuel that must be an easy 40kg there?
