Thanks for the reply and the appology but I still don't have them nor do I have a tracking number yet . I thought I was only getting the pistons and rings anyway not the rods ? Not fussed either way. I no longer need them so a refund is prefered failing that I'll either keep them or sell them. I'm not calling u a crook but the complete lack of response from u doesn't help any. I'm a genuine guy and been on here a long time I certainly don't appreciate this thread trying to make me look like a duck. We had a personal deal and u then stopped replying completely and not bothered your arse with a tracking number. When u find it u will see I don't have them. Pm me and we can sort it between us .

changing your injectors to bigger ones require a map changing etc and you only need to do this higher up the power range.

Would you mind replying to my messages regarding the pistons I paid for on the 8th and why i've not received them yet nor have i received the tracking number or any messages from you since the sale? and why your not responding to my pay pal dispute ? Anyone else had any dealings with this knob? Bought pistons and rings from him for my rebuild , he said he would send them next day as they where in his work, then he couldn't send them until Monday as his boss was away the weekend so i messaged on the Saturday asking him to just send the money back and he replied " i sent them yesterday so you wont be getting a refund", i then quoted him about the Monday situation and he starts giving me cheek saying he cant give me the tracking number as he has a life.. so i said well fair enough if you have sent them i'll just keep them but he clearly hasn't since we are now 13 days into it. pretty bad news from a fellow enthusiast to try get one over on you.

is it likely to be anything other than the seals which are away? how bad is the leak? just seems strange its leaking from both of them if its new seals?

leaking oil from where? any smoke, rattles, noise etc? interested in the engine sorry just read it proper

would it be alright to just hone the block, replace the big ends and main bearings, change the pistons, rings and gaskets?
