  1. the pulley on my engine? I'm not sure what this means? lol, but do you think it is going to be a problem?
  2. Anyone? I ask because someone is breaking a glanza so it would be easy to get all the stuff needed. Just not sure if it will work in an n/a??
  3. Hey, does anyone know if the power steering lot from a glanza work in an n/a? Cheers
  4. So if i got all the power steering stuff from a Glanza it wouldn't work in my sportif? (sorry for polluting the thread Geo!)
  5. Those SR rims suit all ep91s better than any others in my opinion, i'd deffo have some if I had the cash! Also Geo, you meantioned something about getting a power steering belt from an n/a? Does this mean if I bought all the powersteering lot from a Glanza it wouldn't work in my n/a??
  6. Hey - i'm gonna be looking for one of these in local scrappys soon and wondered if anyone knows exactly which model/year/engine size of corolla I will need the manifold from? Also do I need to make sure anything comes with it etc? And anything else I might need to know? Thanks in advance - James
  7. Yo Joz, I have one of these too, yours looks slightly different though. Mines a bit too plasticy. I was after an MR2 one but they are rare as anything and cost almost £100 from Toyota!
  8. Nah it's genuine toyota, got it from someone on ebay - but you may still be able to get them from toyota. Keeps the carpet clean as well as stopping stuff slipping down to where the spare tyre is. Can't fault it! I think my mate might have one of those buffer things I could use to get the rust off my drums/calipers; he's currently on holiday though so i'm going to have to wait a week or so.
  9. As promised; Starlet boot tray!! And a pic of my cheeky Maglite!:
  10. I have a panhard rod for sale mate; check the classified.
  11. Haha yer it doesn't look too bad in the pics. Unfortunately there is quite a few scratches and scrapes on it (through no fault of my own ) that I need to sort out; might cost quite a bit though? Thinking about painting my drums and calipers soon too. Does anyone have any tips on how to go about this? Rust removal, application, paint type etc? Any helpful information will be more than welcome. James P.S, I'll get pics of the boot tray up soon

  13. Right then, washed my car today and thought it was about time I took some photos of it; so here they are: Before (a bit over a year ago):
  14. Looking forward to seeing what else you've got in store for it now mate, looking very tasty so far. Just noticed though that you've kept the OG high brake light in? I have a Glanza spoiler on mine (which I will post pics of soon by the way - just taking me a while. Haha quite a while) and took it out cause it was like a christmas tree when I brake! Considering putting it back though; because it's quite difficult to make a stealth shelf without it!
  15. That looks about as standard as they come you lucky git!! And a 98! I thought we could only import 96's to England!?!?! Did it work out cheaper to import the car rather than finding one already in the country? Congratulations on the car bro!
  16. It's on envy - varis bumper says it's about 170 quid! Haven't looked at the shipping though. I wish it had some better pictures of some of those ep91 splitters and rear lips too!
  17. are varis bumpers on that site actually only 170 gbp?!?
  18. Nah man, mines a greeny and I think it was something like 3EN - can't remember exactly though - but if you ring toyota and tell them the year and model name etc they can tell you the paint code.
  19. de-cat; does this mean remove the catalitic converter? What exactly does this do? Lol I don't know much about the mechanics of cars to be honest, but i'm learning slowly!
  20. Whoa that's looking amazing! Does that splitter fit over the n/a bumper or have you got a rear glanza bumper on there too? Good work mate!
  21. Been doing a bit of reasearch - Autofixed on gtturbo.com do cat back systems for £245 - reckon this is a worthwhile mod to an n/a starlet with no other engine mods?
  22. Fuckin hell I wish I'd spotted that! Don't pop up too often do they, and very doubtful I'm gonna find one in a scrappy. Hhhmm......
  23. Where from? And why would this be more worthwhile? I don't know much about exhausts to be honest!
  24. Cheers mate! Have you got a pic from the rear straight on from a lowish angle? And you reckon it's worth getting one from Toyota for £180???
  25. Hey - could someone please post up some pics of how a TTE backbox looks fitted? Thanks in advance - James
