What make and model is your boost controller? They will limit boost if not set correctly. Try turning the boost controller off and see what happens.

Hi, An adjustable reg would need to be set on a rolling road. I would not recommend setting it by feel, recommended setting or anything else. Even a few psi out and you will burn through plugs or worse under heavy use/load. These should only be fitted to cars running a fair bit more boost and they do not offer any "bolt on" performace like a full exhaust system would. David

Are you fitting a cooler also or just looking to relocate the filter?

Standard pressure for cars are from 35-40psi but as mentioned above it will need set-up on the rollers. Even a few psi out and the car may appear to drive fine but you could be burning the plugs up or something else so not worth putting it to just any setting. If you need to measure the stock pressure and still have the stock reg put it on and see what the gauge says. David
