No you wont have to cut the bumper with that FMIC its the HDI/jp one's that you have to cut the hell out of the front bumper due to the size of them.

Fuel pump and fuel pressure regulator and like you have said ecu....you can get the stock ct9 to 200bhp but it wont last long. And i would advise not to put that jp manifold on they are shit and it will crack in no time the jp decat is fine
