its quite common when you bypass the solenoid as ure just letting the actuator get on with it from then on. its mainly the time of year, where its so cold the air is dense and the turbos got less to do and more air gets sucked in than usual, the ct9 does a shit job of bypassing the excess as it has a small wastegate, just leave it normal until the weather gets a bit better. either that or u want a hks actuator/boost controller/ get the wastegate ported all of which help
