I had the same problem mate but i just used the cube different ways which moved it about a mm at a time till i could use the cube properly.

Do it mate i did it with my old 106gti then sold it the next day to someone who see it up there.

Get some integra dc5 recaros there the sames as my evo 7 seats and they flick forward.

I was looking at them but heard u get stung by import tax on them. it might be cheaper getting them from iddres in the long run.
