  1. I think they can, although it's more of a modify a back box like open it up and reweld it. As thats was one of the options we discussed when I got it done like.
  2. front exit was made at custom craft in elgin bud. Can't recommend them enough so far, even the bracket is such a tidy job like.
  3. easier to swap the engine into the 4x4 buddy. I'd love an ep85
  4. hope you're throwing your own braces on this beast! lol
  5. Just booked a dyno run to see what it makes just now at wallace for the 22nd Finally see what it makes as a rough indicator, although I know figures are for pub talk tbh.
  6. there has been 2 threads at least about front side exits exhausts recently bud, have a look at them for pics of mine and another one. How loud will depend on how you make it, back box, bore, cat or decat etc etc
  7. looking good buddy! You going to put anything on to help stop the bumper melting? As I bought a heat shield thing off ebay, will need to trim it a bit like but should help stop it melting, as mine did a touch on the way home haha
  8. Nah it's not that loud bud, I wasn't 100% sure if it was going to be to loud but I thought may as well see and a pleasent surprise it's not loud. Although it all depends on the box you use I suppose. Might get a vid of it sometime.
  9. totally correct there, I don't know why I put that tbh
  10. screamer shouldn't make difference to emission really as it's venting boost, although might make the emissions less I suppose due to venting boost and not sending it through the engine, thus making the ecu fuel more. Although at the revs an mot test is done at I doubt a screamer would vent.
  11. Thanks bud It's actually quite quiet when in the car and driving, although when not driving and giving it some revs it sounds louder. But it's quieter than my japspeed exhaust I had on before it, so really happy with it.
  12. Depends on your setup really, if it's ex wastegate, then plumbed into that, if internal, into the actuator. Bit more to it than that though.
  13. Mardy members on every forum though. It's the way of the tinternet unfortunately. Suppose it's alot harder to get the effect of a joke on a forum compared to real life, so little things get totally blown up compared to the harmless banter it was meant as.
  14. those pics with the ferris wheel in look awesome buddy!
  15. Top stuff buddy! Just give me a shout if you do. Although I do have my torque wrench in my car at all times if you try any "gangsta" shit
  16. It seems like it could spool a bit quicker but I'm not 100% sure tbh But it's lighter at the very least ;) Haven't managed to spit any flames though, was hoping to flame some passing cars on the way home. Maybe I'm not trying hard enough
  17. Another wee update for today, went to Elgin around where I live and got another exhaust as I fancied a change: So far I love it, although I need to trim the bumper a wee bit. But it's actually quieter than my japspeed nur spec replica which was a unexpected bonus! I had also started to underseal the car, and without the exhaust I can finish the job properly when I have time.
  18. you mean the ring that holds it in or the seal on teh box? Although I have replaced shafts and didn't replace either, as long as either aint radged it will be fine.
  19. I did all that, and my bulb never worked. What sorted it was re punching the rivits on the plastic bit and it worked as I buzzed it and got voltage on the connector itself so it was the bulb holder itself. If you buzz the plug that goes to the light bit in the roof will give you an idea if it's the bulb holding bit itself or the switch. Although I had to wd the door switches as well as they where filthy as well.
