    the long thin piece of the actuator moving from right to left.

    yes the setting wont change. when you are driving are you getting a whooshing type sound when trying to boost if you are there will be a leak. also check your actuator doesnt have any movement in it as this may also cause the problem

    a standerd actuator is not adjustable by the way have you checked for leaks in the intercooler piping

    if you are still using the standard actuator i think you just block it with a screw marck

    do you still use hi/lo boost or have you bypassed it also is it a standard actuator??

    im running the td12 and getting full boost by 3k but want to try to lower it abit cheerd marck

    probably not as i struggled to get insured at 19 but try adrian flux and sky insurance the might be able to help

    no bother to both of you was thinking bout buying a leon cupra myself before i decided on the glanza

    hi i used to work for seat and the internals on these engines are very good it could easily deal with 300hp with minimal modifications only thing that is really needed is like a fuel pump and a good remap.

    cheers yeh it was either that or about a mile away from my work very true but it was all i could afford at 17 there was a few times i thought it was going to end up on the roof as it had no antiroll bars (french pish)
