hey everyone i have been having an issue with my car not starting intermittantly basically the car will start first time in the morning or if the car has been sitting for a while.(it has once not started after it has been sitting) but if i run the car and turn it off it wont start for about 30+ mins . even if i drive to the end of my street so the car hasnt heated up atall it still wont start. if anyone has any ideas it would be a great help because my mind is at a complete blank with it. I've got one of your bmcs's is there a difference between the 82 and 91 one. If so I'll take a 91 one as I think I have the wrong one. Or I'm just useless and cant fit it Marck

Mine was doing the same thing Try starting it without the tps plugged in and see if it fixes the idle If it does just try resetting the tps again. It worked for me Edit: I had to file down the tps holes so that I could get the right adjustment Marck

no its all the points where the rivets go through. what ive done is drilled out all the rivets cleaned up the connections put about 2-3mm bolts through ive not tested it yet but hopefully it will work Marck

i had the same problem its probably in the unit itself. im trying to fix mine just now because im not paying £79 from toyota Marck

also the charcoal canister is in the wrong place and i think all glanzas start with ep91 in the chassis. Marck

i would say that was a uk model . if it was a 1998 -1999 is should have the facelift bumper and glanzas dont have the side repeaters. also noticed it doesnt look to have abs but that could have been removed Marck

hey everyone. well i have got the manifold and most of the crap round it in place. i just cant seem to get the throttle cable to fit right. what happens is if i run the cable the standard route its not long enough. so i have looked at a few pics from other people who have the manifold fitted and have tried routing it over the master cylinder when i do this the outer part of the cable lines up with the bracket ok but then the inner cable is way too long hope i have put enough info in has anyone else had this problem. hey people got a race tech inlet in the group buy ages ago and only just getting round to fitting it now. does anyone know if i need to block off the coolant pipes or connect them together?? Also did anyone have any issues with the tps sensor screw holes?? Marck

because its power steering it will not have a variable ratio rack so the steering will be heavier plus i think it fails a mot if you have a pas rack and not got pas Marck

hey got my jperformance exhaust through today and when i opened it found that it had a blue tip. ive never seen these exhausts with this has anyone else had this and do they have a pic of it fitted Thanks Marck

check that you are geting a 12v feed to the plug behind it if you are its probably the unit. you can test that with a continuity tester just to make sure (thats what mine turned out to be) Marck
