cant fault the engine on reliabilty as mine is driven very very hard and still screams it wants more!haha!but as i said the engine is the wrong way round from what im used to haha you take that 205 on track days? thought about dropping mine into a 205 but always looks like there is very very little room if something needs to be removed

Anyone who has a car with this engine will know that they are horrible though!haha, they look so ugly under the bonnet and the turbo and mani are at the back so its a bitch to change things. Still on 1 bar it pulls like a hoe!I'll get some vid's up after the next track day

i find that autosol metal polish works the best as its more coarse and gets rid of bad hazing.worked on my gt anyway

haha ive done that already, but thanks mate (Y), i mean i would go without heaters (because im 'ard, haha joke) but its not that practical as winter is coming in thick and fast and the windscreen mists up on the cold mornings. might fit a wood burner instead, at least they dont leak!

My heater matrix has decided it no longer wants to hold water.ran some k seal through with no luck (although k seal is the shit!) and at the same time my turbo timer has decided that 3 seconds is sufficient to leave the engine running although it is set to 30-1min. Anyone got any ideas and where is best or even possible to get a matrix and how pricey is it going to be? be sympathetic, its not been my week!haha cheers guys

Yeah Petrol seems to be rediculously priced especially when we are in a motherf***ing recession. Has anybody ever read that article about a bloke that modified a v8 to do 50mpg?and its not an lpg. Does anyone know if there are any engine parts from the 4age engines(16v) that could fit to a starlet engine? I have shit loads of 4age engine parts so i was just curious. I've even got a set of toda cams! (i know these wont fit though).

can you send me the list of mods you had?well i use megasquirt on my track car so i may stick one of them in it if needs be. i just dont want to mod it too heavily because i get addicted and then my wages disappear and i spend all day everyday changing bits. I just fancied a bit more power.
