oh right so is there a table to work out how much to run the fuel pressure regulator at compared to boost?

Just got off the phone to a very nice man about a fuel presure regulator my cars running 0.8bar boost but it creeps up to 0.93 bar when you give it some have the HKS FCD on and was advised i need to uprate the fuel pressure regulator i got the FSE one and gauge but got told to put it on i need to map it :/ is this right or can i put it on set it to 3.1 or 3.2 and go?
