Ive got a catch tank coming from top breather tho, my turbo seals have gone I know that much but will this have anything to do with it?

Oil spraying everywhere after boosting through the gears , running about. 14 PSI but creeps to 16 got an oil catch tank aswell BUT top of my rocker cover is swimming any ideas what the cause is or where it is coming from please ?????

just put a filter relocation kit on the glanza only other mod is a dump valve now my car hisses really lowdly and chatters on low revs and boost feels different is this boost creep or is it normal cheers
