Hi all, As above really. I have a new mint full system but at low revs it sounds like a tractor and at hight revs it sounds like a racing tractor. It didn't sound like this at all on the sellers car so why does it on mine??? It sounds like there is no exhaust on. If it helps i have a gutted cat and the system is a straight through system. Please help asap as it is starting to get a bit loud. It sets car alarms off and my neighbours have already complained. Cheers Bourkey

Update on the Black beast!!! Right what i thought was a cv problem wasn't. It wasn't as expensive at all to fix but if i didn't fix it it could have killed me. What happened what two of the nuts on the wheel on the passenger side had sheared off taking the stud with it. We realised today as we jacked my car up after putting the exhaust on and the wheel wobbled as soon as it was off the ground. I have no idea how this has happened but i feel so lucky as i drove it back from JAE like this without realising. I've also put my new exhaust on today. I have one word for it...BRUTAL!!! Either get a hight flow filter for the standard box or get an induction kit put in the box. The standard intake system is fine as it is a direct cold air feed. May not look amazing but it's the best. An open induction kit will simply suck hot air in, which is crap. Bourkey

@ Sparky - Nope you just remove it all and it runs at high boost. I found out the hard way that blocking it off actually puts it on low boost. I'd never use low boost and i couldn't be bothered wiring in the switch so off it went. @ Scutcho - I think i am going to. I fancy it more stealthy. Indeed it is . I'd recommend it to of you as it makes the car feel more together. My next purchase is going to be a Laguna splitter i reckon. I want to hide them pipes at the bottom for a more sleeper look. Im also considering spraying the FMIC black to hide it away. Bourkey

No matter how much money you have it can't buy you the basic skills on how to keep a car on the road. The person driving could have been in a Micra and still have done it. It just so happens to be the most expensive production car in the world. If i had the money to buy one i would get some lessons in how to drive it. I have driven fast cars before, even a Murcielago, but that doesn't mean i can get into any supercar and be a driving God. When will people learn. Bourkey

Sparky you nutter!!!! I can't wait to see the beast you going to build with 250bhp. As Ecks said though be careful as if you have a standard 1.3 that you drive everyday and it suddely changes to an big power 4EFTE you will not be used to the acceleration and then if you lose it you will be calling Ecks for a hand out of the hedge. I know someone going from a 1.2 8v to a A3 3.2 quattro. He is going to be licking the inside of a tree in no time . Bourkey

How do you put up high quality images. I use photobucket and they half in size when i put them on. Im using my new 8 MP Fujifilm S8000FD and the pictures on my computer are massive. They go really small on photobucket. Bourkey
